These are the best looking in the Vapour range imo sadly while they look good they have a lot of problems. Lets get the proganda out of the way first you do not run faster in these you only 'think' you do because of the advertising hype. Also Ronaldo was as quick as lightening before he had these boots ;) the boots don't make him run fast.
Comfort is really poor blisters on toes and ball of feet no matter what sock setup you use. No protection for your foot all it takes is a few stamps...

If your looking for comfort these are not the boots your looking for! they give me blisters in every game i played in them even tried wearing in the bath lol didnt work! not to good when you play in the wet as the plastic material is not good for your touch. This light weight shoe aids in speed and ball control. After wearing this shoe for several months my heel became very sore. The trainer told me I have developed a "pump bump". After talking with other players at my club I found 2 other players that have had this wearing Nike vapours. They both told me the problem went away after changing cleets. (read more)

I bought a pair of Nike Vapour boots because i liked the look of them and i read the reviews for these boots and they were all positive, i am pleased to say i have made the right choice.
The weight distribution from the studs are amazing when i tryed the on i stood up and it honestly felt like i was wearing trainers they are not like other boots.
The protection from these boots are brilliant they have a very hard heel protecter which is a excellant idea.
After my first match in them i found...

I recently bought a pair of Nike R9 Vapours because they were light, comfy and meant to be strong. 3 games after I had them the bottom of the boot split right across the middle just underneath the first 4 studs. Ok, the Nike Vapour are the best boots that I have ever worn. However throughout the first season of wearing them they caused massive skin wear to the back of my heels, wearing about 0.4mm of skin off! This caused severe pain, I had to pad my heels-out before every game to help prevent this but some wearing still occured. However this was slightly due to me playing on too harder ground but wearing has also happend on completely soggy ground.
They are expensive, and as there is basically no...

I love the Nike Vapour boots. They have increased my already above average pace and made many 50-50 balls 51-49 balls do to the speed and acceleration I have in these extremely lightweight boots. The thin upper has increased my touch as if I were playing barefoot. But these boots are far from perfect. It is almost neccesary to have two pair of these boots because they blow out very quickly (especially if you go 110% all the time). These are definitely professional level boots and I would... The Nike Vapours are excellent football boots, and the 'gold' and 'burnt orange' editions look amazing but for the price, rrp. £149.99 ( although sports shops sell at £110) this is far too much compared to other boots, i'm going to be a professional footballer when i'm older and I would recommed the nike air zoom total 90 III Black/Silver. worn by Michael Silvestre and many others, these are the best boots in my opinion, style comfort and quality, they look perfect and are not too fancy,... These Nike Vapour boots are very good but they do have bad points like everything else. Tthe width of the boot isn't big enough and if worn for to long they hurt like hell. But im now the fastest player on my team and I honestly believe these boots help me run and step through the opposition. When the new ones come out I will probably buy a pair but not at full price. Nike Vapour:
I got the talarias because they are the same but weigh .3 ounces more. Plus talarias are $100.00 cheaper. Anyways they are great and they don't lie when they say 7.4 or 7.1 ounces of speed. when they say it will help you accelerate they mean it. You take of like a bat out of hell in these bad boys. they also let you move your feet so fast. If you can curve a ball these will help even though they don't look like it. Though they may feel odd at first if you aren't used to big long...

I have had my Nike Vapours for one season now. I firmly believe that they are the best boot I have ever worn. Sorry for writing another review, but I cannot express my feelings about the Nike Vapour boot. At first I was dreading the fact of wearing such narrow and tight fitting boots (seeing as I have a considerably large heel) but I was certainly surprised. The first time I tried these boots on I made a huge mistake. At first I could not even get the boot on my foot and they seemed extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately I did not buy them. But two hours later I realised you have to wear into them... (read more)

The Nike Vapor is a good shoe, many people mention how they make you quicker, give you better ball control and make you shoot harder, I don't think so, the shoe is very uncomfortable on the foot so it makes you play worse because there is so much pain. There is little protection for your feet, and your heels will fell pain and I mean a lot of pain. I wore the shoes 4 times, and every time I got blisters and was out for a week at a time. (read more)

I know a way to get round it! After you wear them for 2 seasons you get really hard bits on the back of you heels. Then before you get blisters just put plasters in your heels. Then you won't get blisters anymore!! Seriously, i used to get, well not blisters so much as just the skin being ripped off the back of my heels!! These boots have caused me so much pain but i carried on wearing them as they are just so damn light and poised like running shoes they keep you on you toes and really do make you faster.

Although if you don't really like them that much id just chuck em in the bin, isn't worth the pain! Far worse than any injury i've ever had! Although i have just bought a shiny new pair of SGII's!!
