    Fantastic!Needed a bed, ordered online and arrived 10.30am on day of agreed delivery. No probems, all in good order with nothing missing. Thankyou bedworld!!Finally a good nights sleep!!

    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE TERRIBLE

    This company is a nightmare to deal with, bought a bed from them and it was damaged! It took them a few weeks to send a replacement and I still have the damaged part.
    Their Customers services are terrible, Office Managed very rude!!

    This company is TERRIBLE. DO NOT buy from them, they lied to us about the date of the delivery, we specifically chose a bed because we wanted next day delivery but were still waiting and it's been a week. No one helps when you call customer services and no one seems to know what is going on with the couriers. Its a joke.

    If you are thinking of buying from this company please read their reviews first before you do, they say it all! I wish I had. My delivery was 6 weeks late but they never bothered to let me know. When it did arrive the bed was damaged. Eventually this was replaced with yet another damaged item. Bedworld refused to replace again and said I would have to accept a refund of £40 to retain the damaged goods or have bed collected for full refund.     DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...PAY THE EXTRA MONEY IF NECCESSARY AND USE ANYONE ELSE.

    Absolutely disgusting service. Still waiting on my bed to be delivered. The custome service people are rude, unhelpful and basically couldn't get a toss whether you receive your goods or not!

    I would never EVER use them again. They delivered half of my bed to a random address and the other half still hasn't turned up. No sign of when this is likely to be delivered. I wouldn't even give them 1 star, absolutely use ...

    Wanted to say how much we appreciated Bedworld's effeciency, we had a faulty matteress from Hypnos, they sorted the whole problem out, kept us informed and were polite and helpful. Added to this it was always easy to speak to someone on the phone,
    HIGHLY recommended.

    My daughter ordered a bed and mattress for next day delivery (bet 8am and 5.30pm). I waited in all day to receive goods eventually, at the end of delivery times, the mattress arrived but no bed frame. I Was told the frame was probably on another vehicle as they come from different warehouses. When the bed hadn't arrived by 6pm my daughter started ringing Bedworld, nobody answered so message left on answer phone. By 10pm still no call back despite supposedly someone being there til 10pm.     Total bunch of cowboys. I placed an order for an item showing in stock next day. I chose a delivery date and 7 days later. They call to check the delivery address then a couple of hours later tell me the item is out of stock and will not be available for 14 days. Therefore I'm left without a bed or mattress.     Bedworld have the rudest customer service people I've ever experienced and I was very patient and polite. Be careful too, they offer free Saturday delivery on certain beds they've put their prices up so it's not really free. I've also found my bed a lot cheaper as they said it was a Bedworld Discount but it was a Julian Bowen bed.

    Very deceptive company, they're not alone though seems to be quite a few out there. If it wasn't for the rude staff I wouldn't of wrote this. Won't be using them agai ...

    I ordered a Sleepeezee divan with 2 drawers, pocket springs and memory foam. when it arrived it was exactly what i ordered and the delivery was on time and accurate. the bed was very good value for money and the customer service was brilliant. the transaction on a whole was very quick and simple and i would definately recommend to a friend. a good buy and im enjoying the bed very much.

    I was looking for a 'cheap' bedframe. I had already got an expensive mattress, so needed a bed to put it on. I ordered online, Friday am and received my item Monday. The order was simple, non-complicated and I am very impressed with the bedframe. I bought the Aztec BedFrame it is very solid and well worth the money.
    I had been looking in Argos, but Bedworld.net offered free next day delivery and a cheaper better quality bed. I would highly recommend both the bed and bedworld.net

    Ordered our bed on the 11 Oct and finally received the item on 3rd Nov 09 (Delivery was indicated as being 5/10 days. Received the item damaged and without the headboard. Contacted their customer services who indicated that they had forgotton to include the headboard in the delivery and that should I retain the damaged goods they would offer me a refund of £20.     We purchased a mattress from Bedworld. After almost a month with no news, we rang to find out when it would be delivered. They rarely answered the phone and we left many messages - all of which went unanswered. We were finally given a delivery date, but when it came (for which I took a day off work), and no mattress arrived - they had tried to deliver to the billing rather than delivery address.     Totally satisfied with service, exceeded all expectations. Ordered mattress 28th October and after reading reviews was very sceptical but I went online and chatted with Donna who confirmed the del would be on time.
    Rec'd mattress in perfect condition 29th October, within 24 hours of ordering, cant get any better than that. Would def recommend and use again.

    Ordered the mattress on Monday 12th October for next day delivery. It arrived 11.00am next day.
    Customer Service was good, before ordering I needed to know depth of mattress as it was to fit in a bed frame. She went to warehouse to measure for me.
    Was a little apprehensive about ordering due to some of the bad reviews. However was most impressed and would use agaain.

    An absolute disappointment. I ordered a £450 mattress on a Tuesday and was promised it by Friday. All day wait. It FAILED.

    Then it was supposed to come on the Tuesday. All day wait.FIRST WRONG MATTRESS ARRIVED.

    An untrained, unsympathetic, uncaring Customer service hangs up on my query.

    Supervisor Phil promises accurate delivery for the following week. All day wait. SECOND WRONG MATTRESS ARRIVED.

    Beds advertised as solid pine where in fact MDF! Can't get a refund until they can sort out collection. Company policy apparently. Oh yeah and the delivery was late. Don't bother...there are better companies out there than Bedworld.

    I ordered the Hyder Midi Loft Bunk from Bedworld on 11th September and was told 10-14 working days for delivery it was delivered promtly today 29th Sept 13 working days :-) Having read some of hte terrible reviews after ordering the bed I was a little apprehensive and so emailed bedworld a couple of times during this time for an update on my order.     Had no problems with Bedworld at all ordered on line no problem and bed arrived next day - spoke to courier he said they deliver alot for this company all usually next day!
