Guiness should not be extra cold, it should be chilled so that it is possible to take a large swig without freezing you gullett. I cannot go anywhere now where you have a choice of extra chilled or not. It's really P***********ing me off. (read more)

Obviously the taste of Guinness Extra Cold is similar to that of normal Guinness, but the extra cold really does this beer justice! Like so many other beers, Guinness' real taste only comes out when it is chilled and Extra Cold means that it is perfectly chilled. If I had the choice between normal and Extra Cold, I'd go for Extra Cold every time! In my opinion there's no need for non-Extra Cold Guinness! Definitely recommended! (read more)
