    Print was skewed. Delivery was late. Delivery also got caught in customs, they declared as 'office paper.' They weren't...Quality was poor. Scratch card numbering was wrong. After sales services was terrible. They over charged my card. They have offered nothing to fix the situation.

    All day spent in chat to work out the details of an aparently simple business card, submitted print ready artwork that koolprint designer completely redid (seemingly badly) before submitting proof for approval. When I mentioned that the proof was unacceptable a new designer then was called in to submit my proof for approval... this took 5 minutes instead of the 4 hours that I waited previously.     I ordered a simple security hologram sticker set from Koolprint UK www.koolprint.co.uk back in January and i'm still waiting despite the event I ordered them for, being held a month ago, my advise is to stay well clear from this company as they'll take your money and in my case mess you about big time.

    I was fooled by the Koolprint.com website & their 24 hour online chat. I live in a time zone that is 6 hours behind the US west coast & found it great that the first time I went online & asked a few questions about a 33" x 79" rollaway banner that a real person was there to answer my questions. That got me in, but was the beginning of a nightmare.     I ordered something from this company back in July, paid for it and still have nothing to show for it, they ignore me now and will not answer my emails, respond in any way.

    I am not going away though and have setup a website for fellow customers of koolprint who feel disatisfied at www.koolprintcomplaints.co.uk

    I ordered from Koolprint UK in June. I haven't got the product yet! From what I have read on the Review Centre, it's not going to be great when or if it does arrive. I can't work out whether this company is just completely inept! They may be cheap, but I wouldn't recommend them.

    Koolprint UK are relatively cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for. Customer Service never answers the phone! They said the order should take 16 to 18 days, and it's been over two months and the order still hasn't arrived. Their Live Chat simply refers me to their shipping department who are also unreachable.

    This company has terrible turnaround time and horrible customer service!

    I placed an order with Koolprint UK for a Corporate Identity package, and I must say, I am SO HAPPY with the results. The printing quality was great! I placed my order with their standard turnaround, but I received it within 2 weeks, and I was really surprised :)

    They've done a great job. They have very friendly and professional representatives, and they were always there to help me out. Their free graphic design assistance was also great!

    Koolprint UK hides behind a .co.uk website address, but it is actually based in Turkey or Pakistan or somewhere other than the UK!

    I would never contemplate losing any more money with these people.

    Koolprint is really a highly professional company in dealing with printing needs. I ordered my presentation folders from them and they were very professional from start to end. Free Designing is a really cool feature. The product quality was so nice and Live Support is just superb.
    I thank koolprint for their professional and quality services.

    I ordered 500 printed boxes from the Koolprint website as it looked like a no hassle and professional business. I was told they would take 12 to 14 business days. Many emails later I finally received them after 6 weeks, having been what felt strung along - "they'll definitely be shipping next week" was what they told me on more than one occasion.

    I was relieved to finally receive the goods, but the frustration did not end there. The print image quality was excellent apart from the appall ...

    Koolprint are a truly terrible company that promised much and delivered nothing to date. They have taken our money - 500 UK sterling - and still not delivered good 11 days after promising delivery. Very hard to conact when chasing delivery status and we have been lied to about revised delivery dates. Can't even get hold of them by phone today. They have however just suggested they can reprint and get it to me in a few days - remember, this is 11 days after it was due .......

    My order from Koolprint was very late and not as described (embossing on some business card was OK, but on some it was very bad). I am so sorry that I did not check any review for this company. I do not recommend them to anybody. Colour is also very poor. Very bad job.

    I used Koolprint for my printing needs.. and I am very happy with outcome of my printed products. I must say their free graphic design service is awesome. and also there is always a service rep for help 24/7 live support is also very good.

    Excellent job done Kool Print. I'll use you again definitely.

    Order received late and not as described --when complaint made it became clear that in spite of their Google position and their .co.uk domain name and email addresses, there are situated in Texas, Turkey and Pakistan. Emails not answered, 2 months later I still have the order as they refuse to collect and will not give me a return address, and they refuse to refund my payment.
