Pete is a top bloke and you can tell he really loves the sport.

If you have no permissions elsewhere, then this is a good venue.

Be warned, you'll have to work hard for your pot here though! (read more)

There is a great need for more places like Petes Airgun Farm in Chelmsford. There need to be more shooting venues in the UK and they should follow the model of this one. I have been a few times and had such a good time each time. The staff are brilliant and the venue itself is top notch. I just love going back, well dont Pete. (read more)

With the desperate need for places to shoot safely and legally in the U.K., "Pete's Airgun Farm" in Chelmsford, Essex struck me as a great idea.

Seeing the advertisments in the usual airgun press, and then checking out the website, I decided to give Pete a call. The following morning I rolled up at a large working farm in a picturesque part of Essex, to be met by the owner and keen airgun enthusiast Peter.

I corroborate this accurate review. Pete is a friendly, helpful chap, with a great indoor and outdoor range. Plenty of space on the farm for shooting. Highly recommended to responsible shooters. Buffoons stay away.

Sorry whoever the guy is that said 'no buffoons', but you sound stuck up!
 And i agree with you anyway, Pete's Farm is great! But don't forget.....no buffoons! lol
