Good Points: Good range of products
Bad Points: Orders debited immediately
No communication
Emails not responded to within 8 days
Telephone not answered
Answerphone messages not responded to
General comments: I am very disappointed by this company.
My order was due several days ago but has failed to arrive. I have no idea if/when it has been dispatched because there has been no communcation from the company other than to debit my credit card for over £400.
I have tried to contact the company for the past 8 days - they have not answered the phone, responded to emails and do not return messages left on their answerphone.
If my order still fails to arrive then I will be forwarding details to my bank so they can pursue it. I'm just thankful that I paid by credit card so am protected.

When registering, if a question was asked 'what name do you want to show if you ask a question' - this would help. Until I manage to sort my problem out, I do not want any reference to me showing, just in case of who may look at the forum. Some of the issues being asked on 'your able' are very serious indeed and I think there should not be any way a person can be identified. If I achieve success I can happily use the forum showing my real name, but until I 'win' I wish to remain anonymous.- Read joham's review (223 words)
