    Good Points: They're good at first


    Bad Points: Terrible customer service, unclear FAQ, bad dispatch process


    General comments: After trying Screenselect, LOVEFiLM and Blockbuster, I was quite impressed by DVD365's service. They had a quick turnaround, a large selection - blah blah blah. Anyway, after about two months I was fed up of only receiving choices from my queue in the 15-25 range and so decided to cancel, only to find out that, despite giving me 26/06 as the next payment date, they took it early because I'd reached my '20 limit'. They do not make it clear that they will do this, and after being fobbed off by customer service, I had no choice but to spend another month with them. Since then, they've dispatched DVD's, but I haven't recieved them and every time I complain, the service just gets worse.
