Bad Points: Ocasionaly freezes when stopped for long times in traffic but switching off and then on restores it.

General comments: Large screen display, 3D is great and clear. Clear voice telling of upcomming route. Easy and simple to operate. Reliable. ETA is realy helpful. Over all I would not be without it it has paid for itself in the petrol I have saved by not taking the wrong turns.

The map info of the Medion PNA175 is very poor especially in Ireland. Maps are out of date by at least a year. The only release updates Bi-annually(every 2 years). Will not help with updates and only send a short and snotty e-mail when you ask for help.

I have used the Medion PNA175 satellite navigation system around the UK for 6 weeks, and it has proved faultless. The instructions are clear, and the platform gives you plenty of warnings before you need to change direction or make a turn. It even re-plots your route if you choose to ignore it, or if you make a wrong turn.
3 hours on the battery. Easy to install. Easy to remove, put it in your pocket and use on your walks if you choose.
I believe it is the best unit on the market for the money ...

Fantastic SataNav, used Medion PNA175 for 2 weeks around France only ever got confused with new road junctions. Easy to use. Excellent

This is one unit you should not buy. It's not good. The directions on display and voice directions are opposite at times. Gives wrong directions. No help from company who refused to have it returned and refunded saying that it was a software problem and that they would take it back only if it was a hardware problem.
