    Absolute rubbish. I Was with them for quite a time and they were unable to provide anywhere near the amount of dvds that I had on my list. Company had a couldnt care less attitude and, when I cancelled over the phone (bearing in mind they frown upon this), they kindly started leaning on me heavily and tried to add costs to what they thought I should pay them. I would never, ever use this company again. I dont know if any other video companies are any good but I do know they could not be any worse than this outfit.

    my moviestream is very poor, didn't have enough dvds in stock, heroes season 2 they said that they only had one copy, when i tried to cancel it was so difficult to stop them taking money and to actually cancel customer service was poor not very helpful
    Avoid like the plague

    My Movie Stream are the Worst rental company ever! I joined for a 3 month trial only to discover that they took money from my account during the free trial without my permission, also never got any dvds sent and had to keep chasing them in order to get some sent, they never answer the phone, and the staff are rude and abusive when they talk to you.     I joined over a year ago, received no discs and they charged on months rental during a trail period. I cancelled, or so I thought and thought I would just cut my loses on one months rental as it was a nightmare contacting the company. Over a year on I have had a letter from a Court stating that a Bailiff is going to attend my property and remove my vehicle in respect of payment - unless I paid 165.00 plus costs.     I joined My Moviestream over 18 months ago, and they were reliable with a pretty good service. Three to four months ago, the discs dried up, and I was getting two to three a month - this is for a 12.99 two discs at a time service that used to provide around 10 to 12 discs a month.

    I signed up to a free trial period only to be charged, during the so called free trial period I had trouble getting any dvds from them, and when I discovered they had charged my account when they shouldnt have I phoned them which was a saga getting through to them but when I finally did they were abusive and screamed down the phone at me telling me I was the one in the wrong to complain about the lack of service!     They incourage people to open an account by offering free cinema tickets which they will never get! I spent several phone calls and e-mails just to hear the same excuse... "There has been a slight delay in despacthing the tickets for reasons beyond our control" It's now 3 months! Called that a slight delay! Therefore I do not recommend My Moviestream.

    Everything, I only seemed to get old films sent to me. They took three monthly payemnts from my debit card within 1 week leaving me with no money. I e-mailed them and didnt 3 weeks ago and still havent had a responce after sending a further 6 e-mails. I tried calling the customer service number but was repeatedly told that they are busy and I never actually reached anyone. Therefore I do not recommend My Moviestream.co.uk for an online DVD Rental service.

    I signed up with Mymoviestream though Thesunmovieclub who sent me an email offer for a 2 month free trial, i've been with lovefilm and blockbusters before on free trials and continued using these on £12.99 normal services for many months after, so I thought i'd take the 2 month trial Thesunmovieclub were offering on behalf of Mymoviestream.

    A word of warning - don't subscribe to a monthly payment service with a debit card as you have very little protection if the service goes wrong as far as I am aware - use direct debit or a credit card for better protection. Mymoviestream (now called outnow) started great with a free trial period and free cinama tickets.     avoid used to be good but since change of name/ buy out? to OUTNOW DVD have gone down hill seem to want the money and fob you off by sending 1 disc a time for a 2 disc service.
    Careful when you cancel because if your direct debit date is say 28th and you cancel anytime prior to this you lose all those days.
    Avoid use lovefilm or blockbuster far better service.

    Very unhelpful customer service. Personally found it nearly impossible to get through the helpline. They charged me money over lost discs which were never lost as far as I am aware, had the cheek to get exasperated with me over it. Now I have to wait two weeks to see if I get my money back. Therefore I do not recommend mymoviestream.co.uk.

    The company is now Outnow.co.uk as far as I am aware! I posted 2 DVD's back in 1 envelope however they claimed I only sent them 1 dvd back. They were unhelpful I thought on he phone and they wanted me to pay for the DVD lost even though I filled in a form they sent me to claim the cost of the DVD from Royal mail. They never send the DVD's you put as high priority and I am yet to see if they actually have any Blu-ray disks as I never recieved 1!

    Very unhelpful Customer Service in my experience as they have not yet as far as I am aware replied to my emails.
    Sends Incorrect Discs, Advertises Titles They Don't Have In Stock it seems as I have never received some of them...
    I do not recommend My Moviestream.co.uk, in my experience they have sent box sets in the wrong order. They ignore my emails, and have not called back yet.

    I've been with Movie-stream for nearly a year now. They weren't particularly great for have a choice but did send the replacement disks on the day of receiving the returns. They even called me at times to check if I was happy with the rental. When I called I was dealt with some satisfaction.

    They didn't send me the DVDS I wanted and it was virtually impossible to cancel their service. In fact the cancellation facility has mysteriously disappeared from their site altogether, and when I tried to contact any of their 'customer services team' in person they just sent me reply refering me back to the non-existent cancellation facility.

    I had the 14 day free trial with the promise of 2 free cinema tickets, but no tickets have come, I cancelled my free trial, with in the time and had proof of postage, but I got charged and I still can't get the £14.99 back, will have to go to consumer direct. I wish I had read the comments on this website before using this company.

    I joined MMS (now called OUTNOW) because of the 14 day free trial and promise of 2 Cineworld cinema tickets.     My daughter recommended MyMovieStream when I was off work following a fall. I was bored and getting fed up of the daily diet of Trisha and Jeremy Kyle.
    I quite like the easy to use site and enjoy updating my list on a weekly basis. The films arrive very quickly and they send me new ones the day they get the ones I have just watched.

    I love the way this works, I pay them each month and in exchange for the monthly payment they send me DVDS! I watch the films and send them back and they send me more! Absolutely fantastic service. Faultless helpline staff who know their stuff and unlike some other companies - they are in no hurry to rush you off the phone!
    My movie knowledge has grown so much since I joined, and for 12.99 a month I am not going to moan about the newness of films! I love re-discovering old classics and watching ...
