Good Points: Is quite a new type of book, showing the Grand canal of Venice in one single photo about 13 meters long. It seems to be travelling through the canal in a waterbus.
Bad Points: The Rialto Bridge section is not resolved in the best way when you unfold the pages
General comments: Daniele resini, a photographer from Venice using a digital camera, portrayed both banks of the Grand Canal shooting some hundred photos during a couple of years. Then the publisher, VianelloLibri, equalised the various shots and joined them together making a book in the form of an accordion. The reader can browse the grand canal going through page to page as in a normal book or unfold the whole view in a single sheet 13 meters long. At the bottom of each palace there is printed some essential information (name of the palace, architect and century)
