    Good Points: Good food, clean room, friendly staff


    Bad Points: Large complex & large resort in general - not enough lifts! - A Thompson exclusive hotel also means the German branch - Tui are there! - A step away from beach is a 15min step!


    General comments: Playa Del Ingles is a large resort, so if quiet's what you want, you won't get it here. The hotel is large and only has 3 small lifts - which take a long to time to get near at dinner + breakfast. 5th floor is a long walk to the ground! However, the room was large and clean, and was kept clean for our week stay. The staff were very friendly and the food was pretty good (girlfriend is a vegetarian and she found plenty all week).
