Sales guy at Audenshaws, Oldbury was very rude and abrupt when spoke to. Simple question asked. Missed out on a sale. Would not buy here on sheer attitude to customers alone!

I have purchased two cars from this dealer and had no problems with them at all. The sales man was always on hand when I have called and their after sales have always been second to none. I would recommend this dealer to any one.

I recently bought a 02 Ford Mondeo Ghia, a nice car at a reasonable price, thats as good as it gets. On part exchanging my car I needed the private plates changed over and to get the sale I was told no problem, and given a date when it would all be done. I reiterated the importance of this date for insurance matters as the new car would now have the same plates as the old one, then at a cost to myself the date was set, an hour before I was due to set out and the expiry time on my original car th ...

We bought a Galaxy 2.3 from Audenshaws for £8,500 and the salesman who we dealt with (Richard) was helpful and readily available whenever we called. Initially the car had to go back, as the starter motor kept sticking, they changed the fan belt for us but later sorted the starter motor!

We would visit Audenshaws again without hesitation but would like a longer warranty next time. 8,500 is a lot of money to only have a 3 month warranty on a car but we have been lucky, we've had the car 3 ...

I bought a 5 year old Clio with less than average miles from Audenshaws, Oldbury, returning for the 2nd time, having bought our Zafira from them 3 years ago.
The customer service this time round was far from good, more so the after sales.
We noticed an oil leak on the day we took the car away so we were asked to return it the following day.
The power steering cable was blamed and changed.
The leak continued, it went back to the dealer, the sump gasket was identified as the problem and replac ...

I purchased a two year old Espace from this dealer for £13,000 and within 5 days had identified numerous faults. The vehicle was returned but repairs were only undertaken to two items. The dealer stating that any faults were not identified and that existed when the vehicle was purchased were not covered.

The two faults we identified prior to purchase were accepted but the repairs were useless. The car had a leaking sun roof and missing headlight washer cover. The dealer ran a mastic se ...
