The Tamarind serves the best Indian cuisine not only in Leicester but i woould go as far as to day the UK. I am always have to order takeaway food for friends and family and even take collegues / clients to the restuarant.

we have never had a bad meal and the staff are always very friendly and always willing to help. i can only speak well of The Tamarind and highly suggest eating either there or from there takeaway service.

If you want good food, good atmosphere cost the Tamarind on Hinckley Road, Leicester. The staff are fantastic, the food is fantastic, after eating at the Tamarind for the last 8 years, I still cannot fault it. Best place to eat in Leicester. (read more)

What more can I say? There is nothing to fault the Tamarind Indian Restaurant in Leicester!
The prices are reasonable, and there are lots of pubs close by if you want to make a night of it. (read more)
