Having seen this place go from a really great restaurant in the eighties to the sorry state it's in now makes me feel I must review. We had the bad luck to end up here only under protest as we knew its recent track record but our family weren't listening to our reports of bad food and snotty management etc. safe to say after ten mins of entering the place the penny dropped and they could see why the place is now known as the WORST Chinese in the south east . We have ordered from here for ten months and must have spent well over £1,500 in that time. We never had any problems with the delivery driver or the lady that takes our order. The other night we made our usual delivery and the lady on the telephone double checked our order. The usual delivery guy turned up and we paid him and went to eat our meal. As we opened the bag we had 1 rice missing, 1 curry missing and a portion of 4 (Not 8) chicken balls. Thinking it was no big deal we rang them... (read more)

attended this place for lunch and they insisted on payment upfront,we paid, reluctently,then the buffet was hardly enough to feed a child,after asking where the food was the staff said it will be out soon,two trays appeared 5 minutes later with a handful of inedible,low quality,tasteless rubbish.They couldn't of cared less.Disgrace!! Didnt eat in the resturant i ordered Take Away,but wont ever do it again due to the service,i ordered my food for 6 people and was happy with price.But it took for ages over an hour and half and still no food.I rang to find out what was going on for to have a member of staff be very abrupt and no hint of an aplology.She was was quite happy to hear me cancel my order like it was nothing to her.I wont ever try to use this takeaway if it was the last chinese avaiable in town.Shocking service no... I tried to order delivery, but a very bad mannered woman picked up and gave me attitudes that made me hang up. Is this how people do business?
