A lot of money to gamble on whether you'll be able to get this thing running on a regular basis or not.. My girlfriend bought this for me as a present. As I write this she's swearing about it! I got it going about 4 times out of over 70 attempts. Given up on it as I have a string burn on my little finger. Seems effective when running, but good luck with that lol. This is going in the backmofnthe cupboard ... Amen

I bought the Gyroscopic Powerball neon as I use the computer all day for work and sometimes in the evening and find I get a tight feeling around my wrists. I also thought it would be handy to get my strength up for when I start golf again.
It's was a little difficult for me to start it at first (I had to ask my bf to help) but now I've got the knack. After 1 week of using the Powerball I can feel my wrists are a lot looser and don't ache as much. Fingers crossed that this will help my drive at golf too.
Unfortunately I seem to started a competition between me and my male friends as to who can get the highest RPM...it's not me.

In my opinion, Gyroscopic Powerball is great for those that want to increase hand & arm strength, or if you sit on a computer all day and need to just exercise the hand and write to prevent carpal tunnel.

The Powerball is a gyroscope and the idea is to match the speed of it by using circular wrist actions. Gradually increasing the speed of your wrist actions will increase the resistance making it harder and harder to keep up. Powerballs come in a variety of colours and are a good way to kill boredom

The Gyroscopic Powerball from powerball-gyros.com has to be one of the most intense and addictive sports equipment I have ever used.
Once you get up to a stagering 15,000RPM it makes you feel as if your arm is going to fall off.
This is a very good muscle workout, and I would reccommend it to anyone.
