A lot of money to gamble on whether you'll be able to get this thing running on a regular basis or not.. My girlfriend bought this for me as a present. As I write this she's swearing about it! I got it going about 4 times out of over 70 attempts. Given up on it as I have a string burn on my little finger. Seems effective when running, but good luck with that lol. I bought the Gyroscopic Powerball neon as I use the computer all day for work and sometimes in the evening and find I get a tight feeling around my wrists. I also thought it would be handy to get my strength up for when I start golf again.

The Powerball is a gyroscope and the idea is to match the speed of it by using circular wrist actions. Gradually increasing the speed of your wrist actions will increase the resistance making it harder and harder to keep up.
