    Good Points: Probably his most famous book to date - a must for all seafood lovers.


    General comments: Rick Stein Seafood Lovers Guide is another great book from the fantastic Rick Stein, who just keeps producing superb recipes. He is a culinary genius and for any good cook, you cannot be without some of his books, although there are quite a few now. Again, the recipes are easy to follow - and if you can get some of the produce, the results are amazing.
