    Good Points: Fantastic recipes, lists all good suppliers in areas and websites to visit or to order food from.


    Bad Points: None at all!!


    General comments: Rick Stein Food Heroes is a really fantastic book, by one of the UK's leading chefs. He is very passionate about good food, and good suppliers in the UK. The recipes are superb - I think I must use this book above all other (and I have over 60 cookery books). He also has a section on how to make the basics like stock, gravy etc. Recipes are easy to follow and the results are just amazing.
