Good Points: Some mildly humerous parts.
Bad Points: The storyline isn't strong; it was very predictable as it involved a loosing team finding form and winning 'The Big Cup' with the waterboy as their new-found hero.
General comments: The Waterboy is based around the waterboy for an 'American football' team, who, it turns out, has a natural talent for the game, and tackling in particular when one team member mocks him and he goes doo lally on him. The storyline has promise which unfortunately doesn't materialise.
The whole way the film is conducted is strange and unbelievable as a whole.
To sum up, there is not enough strong content and storyline to engage the average viewer. A bad film.

Adam Sandlers performance in Waterboy is just wonderful. He has the funniest accent which sounds soo retarded and yet hilarious as heck. It's one of the best comedy films I've ever seen. Go and borrow this at your local video store.- Read Bojangles's review (50 words)
