1 Click DVD Copy works flawlessly with Slysoft's "Any DVD"! (disable CPRx). On very hard to copy titles with the latest protections like unreadable sectors or bogus title sets, 1 Click DVD Copy is usually the ONLY program that can make a playable movie DVD. In these cases, many DVD copying programs may burn a "coaster" (an unplayable DVD). In my experience over the years it has been very rare that I cannot copy a movie using 1 Click DVD Copy and Any DVD. I have been copying my movie DVD's... (read more)

I have been using this software for 7 years. Works pretty well. Recently had a problem with a new PC hard drive crashing and they have put me through utter grief trying to get them to reactivate the software. Unbelieveable that they would put a customer of 7 years through what they have put me through. Not worth doing business with a company that treats their clients this way. (read more)

Would not recommend LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy to a friend or an enemy.I can't get the program to work and they say I can't get my money back until I meet their minimum requirement. Which is to keep trying all their fixes until I get it working. How much time is someone supposed to spend trying to fix the bugs in a program that they paid for? Buy any program but this one. I bought the software and thought it didn't work after installing cause my DVD burner was toast. I sold that laptop same day and bought a new one, redownloaded the software on my computer and it would not register cause it had already been registered on another machine. I emailed customer service, explaining that I wanted them to A) Refund my money, or B) cancel the old key, and issue me a new one--this would guarantee that I only had one liceanse and one functioning copy of the software.... Have been building, installing and repairing computers for over 10 years. Purchased LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy 3/29/09. Installed one click on what is now my old computer. Old computer went south on me. Built new computer. Installed one click on new computer. Attempted to register. One click would not register new computer claiming I had used it on 2 computers prior and I would have to buy another license. The new computer is the second computer. Regardless of how the software... (read more)

Works great. Easy to use. The product is good but they need a easier way to contact customer support. Therefore still do recommend LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy. (read more)

I ended up with a version of 1ClickDVD that I cannot open and the company will not do anything but offer me a license renewal. I purchased and older version and was allowed a free upgrade. I did not use for a period of time and when I tried to open my purchased copy it will not open. I explained to the company that I am only trying to use to copy I purchased and not to use any upgraded versions and their response was but a new license or there is nothing we can do for you. I have 1Click DVD Copy in my old computer and it has not expired. I bought a new computer with a Windows Vista Home Premium Program. The software wants me to give a registration number. I paid the money $59.00 without trying to simply change over to my new computer, and it does not work. (read more)

I have 1 click DVD copy 4.2.9.11. I have had it 18 months it is a good software but they have stopped me for using it. I should have updated it but I did not
I have been told that I have put it on 2 computers, that is funny because I have only 1 computer. I have been told the date I put the software was when I was out of the UK.
I have put a new hard drive in, May be this is the different computer++++NO. The date I am supposed to put the software on this computer was 31/08/2007

LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy does what it says and with ease. It seems a little slow sometimes but that could be what is copying. It gets easier to use evrytime I use it. I love the presets, wish they had some custom (read more)

LG Software Innovations 1Click DVD Copy does what it says on the tin. Would recommend that people try the trial version to see whether it suits them first, like I did. In fact it was due to the fact that they have a trial version that prompted me to use them. (read more)

Downloaded 1Click DVD and it trashed the desktop upon opening. Worked several hours to try to resolve conflicts. Finally had to uninstall and reinstall other apps on my desktop from scratch. Been in computers as a tech writer over 15 years - never hit this problem with other burners I've used recently. Took two days of on/off work to uninstall and reset original software on computer. By then I had no desire to try and re-install it again. 1Click DVDS staff refused to refund my money, and... (read more)

rcray2's bad customer service experience received from LG mirrors mine. LG sounds like a small operation without any desire to use good judgement when customers have problems with their software. I suggest getting a free download of DVD Shrink and use Nero DVD resources for ripping and burning. Nero has a good reputation for taking care of their product and customers. If you recommend their product, I hope you never have a problem.

I've found they've got the best service out there. You write to them and they always get back to you with helpful information. If you've been with them 7 years, it seems to me they must have done a pretty good job or why would you stay with them so long? You never said what they "put you through".
