    I booked flights to fly out at 2pm that where more expensive than the 9am flight 3 weeks before due to fly globe span changed my flight to the cheaper one a difference of 20 pounds each flight and refused to apologies and offer difference in cost . In principle this is theft and I feel I have been missold this .I am very disappointed and not the only customer this has happened to.

    I booked with Global on the Tuesday to fly on the Saturday. We agreed the price the girl took the money said it was confirmed then put me on hold for 5 minutes to return and say the comp had timed out and the flights had increased by a further £100. I was not happy said it was fraud as I would not have agreed to my money being taken. She offered a refund when offices open following day but would be 48hrs before showed on my card.     I booked a two centre stay with Global Late Deals in july, i asked for flights hotels transfers to be included in the total cost, they did the booking gave me a price and i said thats ok, i paid for it in full there and then, two weeks later i got an atol receit detaling flights, i also got e-mailed to me hotel vouchers, and flight intinary, but no e -tickets for the flights or details of transfers, this was all booked in july and paid for at the time, in the last few weeks i have tried to get a ...

    we booked for four of us to go to portugal with Global Late Deals and i have to agree the price on screen was not the final price quoted but got all our tickets, accomodation and transfer vouchers inside 36 hours. with no problems at all. infact the girl i booked the holiday with took my phone number and told me to hang up and she rang me back cause it is about 35p per minute

    I just booked a holiday through Global Late Deals , holiday cost was £1123. When she phoned back to confirm the price had jumped up due to baggage & credit charge. I accepted this, she booked it, then once I agreed the price she confirmed it was even £100 dearer and I couldn't cancel- I demanded an explanation to which I gt fobbed off- typical sales person.

    I tried to book a holidy with Global Late Deals to icmerler in turkey i was given the price which was abrillant price. the lady was very pushy trying to get me to book immediately, i explained i had to confirm some details with my husband and would call her back within 15 mlns. on doing so i was told the flight had gone up by £80.00 40.00per person in the space of 15mins which i find hard tobelieve.     I had no problems whatsoever with global late deals as some people have said they have, everything was totally smooth I got my tickets well in time before the holiday. I have just come back from Caleta De Fuste with my hubby & 2 kids, one 15 years & one 9 years. We stayed at peurto caleta apartments they were really well equipped with everything you can think of, the only pain is you hire your TV remote & safe key but you do get deposits back. No problems whatsoever & will book again with them

    Again,a problem with pricing,Global Late Deals quoted one price then when confirmed told that the flights etc gone up. Unfortunatly, the booking was for my son who's girlfriend was the only person in when it got confirmed. She had not realised that the increase in the cost was £100.     Sent an email request to book a holiday to Turkey. Global Late Deals called to advise me the flight prices had went up to over £700 each as their system isn't live and the Edinburgh flight was almost full so believed them and booked it straight away.     I booked a holiday to Turkey 2 adults and 2 children. The agent was quite friendly and chatty after giving details on who was going on the holiday she said the details would be emailed to me that day or in the morning.     We used global late deals to book a holiday at the beginning of July this year (2009). Went by easyjet stayed at Mastines hotel in Sols Calais de Mallorca all inclusive and had a lovely time. Had no problems at all. Received tickets and hotel information by e-mail. Would use this company again.

    booked with Global Late Deals. day before we were due to fly home reception told us to vacate our room as we were only booked in till the 31st of july and wernt leaving till the 1st aug. phoned GLD and asked why they hadnt booked us in the hotel for the length of our stay she couldnt answer me and took my number and said she would ring us back, guess what she didnt ring back and i had to look for another hotel in peak season with my partner who has an heart condition and my 9 yr old son in tow. ...

    Tried to book what sounded like a good deal Global Late Deals took all bank details and confirmed booking at screen price. Until they rang to confirm booking and put price up approx £200. Canceled immediately !! This is their procedure when you read their terms and conditions. Be WARNED !!!

    My wife and I recently booked a trip through global late deals and the sales person or travel agent taking the booking seemed fairly competent. However, after receiving our documents, I noticed a slight mistake on 1 of the documents so I left couple of messages for the travel agent I had booked through but as suspected, he didn't contact me.     was worried once i read others reviews about global late deals but i have to say that they emailed me my accomodation voucher straight away and once i rang them about the flights they emailed the document straight over but i have to admit the ticket for flights doesnt look that professional. i am just looking forward to a nice break away and fingers crossed the hotel will be lovely

    do not trust Global Late Deals they add pounds on the total cost of your holiday and just take the money, then say thay are within their rights to do so and theres nothing you can do.the sales team are pure ignorant probably due to the fact they have constant complaints. its a big con i had 220 pounds added on to my holiday they said the flight prices had changed and if i was to cancel the whole amount would be payable. learnt my lesson never again.

    Global Late Deals are an absolutely useless company, they quote one price on the internet, but when you phone and request transfer costs etc. they just think of a number and add to you internet quote!!!

    When you try to speak to them or Senior Management and get absolutely no where. In fact the Manager is never there, I want her job!

    I Booked my holiday through globallatedeals in April 2009 to Corfu i found them very efficient they were especially helpful with sorting out the accommodation mix up when we arrived ( it was a problem at resort not from GLD) I cannot fault them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
