    In a nut shell, 4th Dimension, never again!! my nearly new bike was returned allegedly repaired after over a month, turns out it had a damaged frame which i had initially suspected. clearly the frame check i was promised didn't happen, it was my local Honda dealer who spotted this after i had several small mistakes rectified. Eventually they paid out for a new bike, it should'nt have got to that stage, had they done their job properly.

    Having been with eBike Motorcycle Insurance for nearly 3 years with no claims someone hit my bike and dove off. Their repairer 4th Dimension are a breath of fresh air in the world of insurance, best comminication from any company I have ever dealt with and they really know what they are talking about. The bike looks better now than it did when I got it new 3 years ago!!! Watch out for voluntary and compulsary excess with ebike as I ended up with an excess £200 higher than I expected, you d ...

    I wish I had read this reviews before signing up with eBike as all the bad points have been try even 4th Dimension can't get it right.

    They take your money, will not answer the phone, will not respond to Emails even after 2 days to resolve NCB issues that Bennett's caused!

    Changed to eBike and 2 days later BMW M3 driver turns left on me no signal and 4th Dimension send Tax Disc to the BMW driver!!!! Bike is right off and now Ebike has cancelled insurance due to NCD and demanded more money.

    I paid in full for my eBike Motorcycle Insurance policy, they claimed they did not receive proof of my no claims despite me sending in the envelope provided (which i had to put a stamp on) i also emailed this to them. They even claimed to have contacted my previous insurer & claimed that they had no record of me having policy. To top it all they have charged me £50 cancellation charge and have still (a week later) not refunded me.

    eBike must be the most imcompetent insurance company i have had the misfoortune to deal with. They cancelled my policy claiming they had not received proof of my no claims bonus, despite me sending it twice via post in the envelope provided by them (unstamped - cheapskates) and via emai, they even had the audacity to claim they contacted my previous insurer and said they had no record of my policy.     Policy price is very competitive but not you if you have to make a claim.

    I had an accident in November 2008 - other drivers fault.
    I have whiplash
    Bike is a write off.

    I have had to do all the chasing up when trying to sort this out.

    I'm a courier and have a PAYG insurance policy with ebike. Until June this year never had a problem with it. It was easy to switch the bikes or make any other changes. In June switched from CB500 to a Honda Transalp. The CB cost me £58 to insure when switched to the Transalp received a cheque for £30 so it made me thinking the Transalp insurance will be much cheaper. What a surprise! Next monthly premium £61! But the best will follow! The Transalp blew... so I bought a CBF50 ...

    I don't recommend ebike as I saw some else has had the same problems with 4 th dimension. Just had my bike repaired by 4th dimension. Never again. Six weeks to replace exhaust, rear lights and tyre on a 675 what a joke. Seams they have taken on to much work and the turn round for such a simple job took far too long, we the paying customers are paying for a poor service.

    Useless for anything that isn't covered online. Don't expect any call you make to be answered in less than 40 minutes. Despite having motorcycle insurance the accident management company they use couldn't arrange me a replacement motorcycle. Made me pay double the monthly premium after incorrectly putting a fault accident on my policy and removing my NCD. They are now quibbling paying me the excess they charged back to me.     eBike Motorbike Insurance is very easy to make a claim and their specialist repair partner 4th Dimension are so professional and responsive - It's like you are their only customer. Rarely have I experienced such customer focused service. The best yet.

    I got an online quote from eBike Motorcycle Insurance for my classic bike which has been off the road for a few years. On the Rider Details page, you're only asked if you've had any claims, accidents or convictions within the last five years. I haven't, so filled in the form accordingly. There's no mention of providing proof of No Claims Discount on this page.

    They always say you never know how good your insurance company is until you need to make a claim. Well I have never known anything like it. I had to do ALL the chasing around to sort things out. They arranged for a company called 4th Dimension to pick up the bike. Then I get ebike calling me asking why I have arranged for the bike to be taken away?     Had a very poor experience with eBike when it came to making a claim. I won't go in to too much detail - but suffice to say I spent several hours of my life dealing with so-called 'Customer Service' staff. I ended up covering the costs myself, as it was costing me more in time that the £200 claim I wanted to make! I'll be switching at renewal.

    After doing the normal circuit of motorcycle insurance companies and brokers, Ebike Insurance was a breath of fresh air. the web site is easy to use, and the insurance policy wording is clear. They are also very cheap!

    Ebikeinsurance motorbike insurance is the cheapest yet, by about £70 including protected no claims, and 365 day European cover. The website is simple to use, and the response is very quick. I received my documents the next day. I haven't had to make a claim yet, and that is when you find out how good they are.

    ebikeinsurance.co.uk Motorcycle Insurance - It was renewal time for the bike insurance, again!! I started the ring around of the usual suspects and got nowhere fast. Usual uninterested staff, poor rates and even worse websites! Then I found the ebikeinsurance.co.uk site. My prayers were answered. It's cheap, fast and the knowledgable help desk staff were superb!! Only wish I'd found them years ago.

    ebikeinsurance's website was very easy to use, and their rates for motorcycle insurance were very cheap.
