Been with them for years, really liked their website that was really user friendly to make changes etc, prices were competitive too, BUT no longer they are useless, WHY? 1. website login no longer available , its been like that for months. 2. “How can this company still operate?”

Customer service is none existent. You simply cannot get through to anyone even if you try the new policy option let alone cancel or change the policy. Your initial call tells you how they are the UK's fastest growing insurance company. Utter nonsense. If your new insurance company are waiting for NCB proof, what do you do when they do not respond? “Unexplained premium rise and non-existent customer service”

So, 15% rise in premium despite no change in circumstances and my 4th year with them. Tried to renew policy on line a week before renewal (April) but as usual eBike system off line. Rang to renew and when I queried the phone number for the breakdown cover was told this had been removed but the policy premium was even more than last year. There was no notification of this in the paper documents or on line information and it was only brought to my attention at the end of the call. “Get away eBike -- You lost the plot”

Been insured with eBike for the last couple of years. Never had a claim so cannot give an opinion on their service but their rating on this website should give a hint. Just received their renewal notice with the price jumping from £202 to £1210 (keeping cover exactly the same). This is a 600% increase! Now I just turned 70 and obviously a vote of no confidence is just what is needed: older riders can't balance, veer unpredictably and should not venture on public roads anyway. “Lousy customer service”

I have a policy with these guys and wanted an answer to a simple question regarding a claim. After two days of very expensive calls on their extortionate so called customer service lines I have asked for a senior manager to call me back. Was told this was not possible but hang on and I would be transffered to someone, waited a while nothing happened, more daylight robbery on the phone costs. My husband purchased motorbike insurance 2 years ago and all seemed good, had a claim - non fault on a bike that had only done 3000 miles and they asked if they could write it off, he said no. Went to renew the policy at the end of that year, online, and made a mistake on form, left off a previous claim for a non fault car accident. “Lack of customer service!”

Have been a Ebike insure customer for over 2 years now. The last 2 months their website has been down, & when you try to contact them by telephone put on call wait for over half hour then cut off. “Vaulable customer?”

Have been with e-bike for 6 years. One of the main reasons is the convenience you can just arrange cover on line and make mid term adjustments. However when I received my new quote I decided to contact them to give them the opportunity to give me another quote as I could get it £87.00 cheaper elsewhere. The marketing material for this company is that they conduct their business 'electronically' However their website has been down for 'essential repairs' for some weeks & thus I am unable to access my documents to make ammendments. As I never had an accident I can't say how they would have been, but for recovery/repairs I had to call an expensive national number, which was irritating. I went with this lot because they were cheap, get what you pay for I suppose. I cancelled my policy with them due to changing bikes and needing specialist insurance and they haven't paid me back the remainder of my premium which was supposed to be paid one month on from the date of cancellation. 09...customer service number which costs loads to call, website down and the sales line won't help with anything not related to new policies. I've been trying to get proof of no claims for nearly two weeks. Emails get an automated reply referring to contact form on website but the website is down. My new insurer called the number on their webpage and wad was told it was sales only. Looks like over 10 years no claims down the Swanee.
