    Good Points: The room was big, the view was nice, the pools were about right.


    General comments: This hotel is not that cheap as it seems and it is by no means a 4 star! Disappointing food; some staff were at times uncooperative - i.e. I wanted to take a bannana out of the restaurant to have for after dinner and was asked to put it back.
    Dirty bathroom; had to clean the toilet before use; they did not have their own beach; had to climb loads of stairs to the hotel and asked the reception about another way, and was not told that there was an elevator!

    We spent a week at this hotel and all had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Our party consisted of myself (a mother) an 18 year old girl, and 2 children aged 5 & 7. The hotel catered well for all our needs. I would recommend the all-inclusive package for families, the buffet style restaurant offers plenty of choice for everyone, although it is large and very busy, couples would perhaps prefer more intimate dining!     I would never stay in the Helios Spa Hotel in Golden Sands, Bulgaria again. It was unfortunate to end our stay in a wonderful country like Bulgaria with this as the finale.
