We made repeated efforts at the start of the BT Mobile 100 contract to set up the "free 2 minute calls between two phones on the same contract". First we were told that because we had bought through Carphone Warehouse rather than buying direct, we were not eligible for this feature. Eventually it transpired that it was OK after all, and after many calls to BT Mobile we were assured that this had been set up.

My BT Mobile 100 bills were never correct. I've had the phone for almost a year, and I am still waiting for my cashback which was due after month six. (read more)
