    Bad Points: handle bars cant twist right round

    The Nebulus Folding Scooter is a great scooter, and very cheap.

    The Nebulus Folding Scooter was bought for under £15.00, for an 11 year old. The kid tripped over and split the back wheel after a week. It has been in the shed until spring (1 year). Bought replacement wheels £14.75!!!! Unable to remove front wheel as bolt uses allen key and has now sheered off. Could have bought a new scooter from Amazon for £14.99.
    Recommend undoing bolts on purchase, greasing well and then putting back together.
