Extremely Poor network coverage, poor technical support, customer services telling porkies and in-store service appalling in Southend on Sea store when i tried to cancel my contract. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole....whats the point of so many minutes if you can'y use them? (read more)

In theory, it's a great deal - but only if you could get a decent amount of reception to use the minutes! Which in my case, and I'm sure in many others, you can't! So you might as well, ditch the network for another one, which may offer you less free minutes, but at least you'll be able to use them! (read more)
