Good Points: Customer service okay I have never had a problem getting through. The call centre staff cannot do enough to help. Have been with three network over 3 years now, one of the reasons that I stay with them is the excellent customer service. There are a lot of features included in the tariffs.
Bad Points: Have had reliability problems with a couple of the 3 phones both LG. However I still like LG and I am willing to put up with the problems. They do offer Nokia phones on the tariffs which are known to be more reliable. The tariffs are mostly on 18 month contract basis which can seem like a long time to commit. The "deals" change very regularly so that every time you have worked out which offer is best it seems to have changed.
General comments: I am very happy with three and regularly recommend the network. When I have had problems the call centre staff are always helpful. If your phone breaks down they send someone to pick it up and repair or replace within 3 days, which I think is reasonable. They will even divert calls that the phone should receive to another phone for the duration. I think the tariffs are good value for money.
