    Good Points: Fairly cheap

Bad Points: I've had problems trying to switch my number, problems with them charging the wrong amount for texts and they seem to send a lot of unnecessary texts.

General comments: I've only ever been with Orange, so I can't make a comparison with other networks, but for me it was confusing and seemed to be not-very-well organised. The various tariffs and rewards associated with them seemed to change quite a lot. Overall, I'm not impressed.

Im on the dolphin package with orange payg. I had unlimited text but found that orange were slowly taking credit off my top up even though my textng was free. I rang customer services on 450 and was told I come to contract side and not payg and to ring 451. 451 doesn't exist and in the mean time I have been charged 25p. Called 450 again and got through to operator who said this is payg nmber (450) but he couldn't check my account because its after 10pm and to call back tomorrow. I was charged an ...

Contract side really good Need to have better customer services or I will change network... soon. Would not let me online-top up my phone as it would not accept any card details. So I was stuck over Christmas with no working phone which, as I work in Abu Dhabi, is really annoying.

I've been a Orange pay monthly customer for nine years. I switched to pay as you go and topped up 30 pounds the phone, but a day later my handset stopped receiving calls. I later found out Orange had barred my phone without telling me. I was unable to call customer services from my handset or use the online service. I submitted a web request but heard nothing for over 36 hours. I eventually got through to customer support on a friend's phone and was told then since I registered a "new card" fo ...

Different tariff deals and simple to choose and understand also film Wednesday 1 adult pay get another free GREAT, customer service is ok to people friendly. Signal can be low in most places but comes out average but that's not to say it's all bad and prices on trariffs not the best depends really. Orange is like sainsburys 'the underdog,' compare to Tesco shop if you can look at it like that. What i'm saying is it's not too popular but it does try it's best to reach out and provide a better ser ...

Orange charges 15p every connection, so if you phone someone and they are unavailable i.e no signal or the phone is switched off, you are charged 15p to listen to the answer phone message, this becomes quite expensive when you repeatedly attempt to call them as the answer phone kicks in after about 20 secs

Paid £10 and within 30mins on trying to connect to web it had gone. So I had to put another £5. In view of this put a security code into my iPaq and this resulted in me being required to get a PUK using a Premium phone number to speak to Orange. I had Orange as ISP but it was better with Wanadoo and Freeserve before them. I left! No confidence in Orange at all now. Nothing is easy, they don't even know what settings an HP iPaq 6515 uses. I used to be able to receive emails when ...

Orange Pay As You Go Sim cards are only £1. Or free when there's oranges giveaways. Or currently free with pay monthly phones. There are different tariffs, usually 3 types. Talk and save, where its a higher number of pence for the 1st few minutes, and cheaper there-after. One is called fixed rates 24/7 (which is what I'm on). And another one that I've forgotten. There's always offers, to which new and existing customers can join. I'm currently on 3000 free evening and weekend texts ...

The Orange Pay As You Go mobile phone tariff is recommended if you go to the cinema on Wednesdays. That's pretty much it. The prices are expensive. I only use it to go to the cinema - nothing else. There are much better networks than Orange.
