    Our Hotpoint WD64 is absolute rubbish - broke twice in the first year. Water flooded out through the detergent drawer then for the following two years, scrapped on the third year.

    This machine is superb, it is the fastest machine I have ever had, and I normally get Ariston which does go on and on washing forever. This is done in less than 30 minutes on fast wash. Clothes come up superb with using Surf Small and Mighty liquid. I truely love this machine thank you...some will remember the old days when you had to do it by hand.
    thank you Indesit for the best machine on the market... your designers are top bananas...cheers for making my life so easy.

    Do yourself A favour, never buy Hotpoint, Indesit (Same company)

    My Hotpoint WD64 is still going 5 years on. Apart from a cleaning issue with the powder drawer, I love this machine. It's quick, washes well, gets everything clean, looks nice too and it's very easy to use too. Overall definitely recommended!

    Apart from seeming to have buttons in reverse order, the door broke off on 5 occasions. We were told not to lean on it by the engineer, not that we are not in the habit of leaning on Washing machine doors!

    Where do I start..... Washing; very noisy spin, had repair man out over four times, including twice to mend brackets that have come loose from just normal use! Drying times are very long for a decent amount of clothes to get dry. Clothes are either dried to a crisp or hot and damp. Finally given up on the Hotpoint WD64 as clothes are now coming out of drying cycle wetter than they went in. This machine has been a total waste of money and I shall never buy a Hotpoint again. Friend has same ...

    My Hotpoint WD64 washing machine broke after less than a year of having it. In total I've had the repair men out 4 times, and the last time they came out, he just glued the parts together, and I had waited for over 2 months after reporting it. The extended protection plan is a waste of money, as they are reluctant to help!!
