Respect : 0Good Points: There are none except they were cheap.
Bad Points: Every time I have contacted them I have been transfered on average 4 times every call before somebody is willing to take my call.
General comments: In my opinion, easyMoney Car Insurance has very poor customer service. Agents keep transferring calls, or placing you on hold to get information from supervisors. And on two occasions I have had agents speak to supervisors and tell me they don't know what is going on on my account.
