    Good Points: Super friendly family run, great location, very clean and tidy. Great pool, nice food.


    Bad Points: Very thin mattresses. Music at the Bar. No TV.


    General comments: Villa Markos is about 150 meters from the beach and less from the main road. It is quietly located but still convenient. It lacks any sort of entertainment really. The one TV is in the bar area and is stuck on a music channel that drives you up the wall. The barman is a likeable chap but has appalling tastes in music. He will put your CD on if you supply it. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Overall though, if you want to use it as a base to tour, it is fantastic. If you are looking for total chill out, peace, quiet etc, it is fantastic. Just wish they'd do something about the mattresses. Too thin.
