    Good Points: Nice Rooms, Kept Clean, Lovely View.


    Bad Points: Didnt Have any Complaints


    General comments: We have stayed in the Stamatis Rooms, South Stamatis on and off for a few years now and have always found them ideal. They are in the busier part of St. George (which is quite lively at night but nothing too loud like Kavos), opposite Stamatis bar (same owners - they have a big supermarket too!). They don't have a pool or anything like that but there are many pools just 2 minutes away that you can freely use and the rooms are less then 2 mins from the beach. Spiros the owner has asked us to let anyone know that since Golden sun went bust, he is renting them direct from the bar website which is.... http://stamatisbar.tripod.com and they will also take bookings for Angelos Apartments (down the quieter end) too. Both Spiros and Angelos are lovely people we have known them for some years and would recommend their rooms and hospitality.
    The Only thing is the rooms don't have air conditioning but they don't get too hot and you can always rent a fan from nearby!
