“Great Product BUT BEWARE of Allergic reactions! ”

I've used Day Wear Plus faithfully daily for the past several years. By far the best moisturizer and my all-time favorite and I'm very particular. However just a few months ago, suddenly I seemed to have developed an allergy to an ingredient in this product. Since I use it at night I woke up in the morning to red puffy cheeks, especially under my eyes, and my face felt like it was burning around my mouth and eyes. Even my lips were swollen. I believe that most Estee Lauder products are only so expensive because of the name and brand they've got. Still, I have been using their Day Wear plus range for a few years and feel confident and happy that it is doing a great job. I have normal skin so usually get the normal to combination moisturiser. A few years ago the moisurizes came in round boxes and weren't very practical and easy to carry around. I now use the DayWear Sheer Tint Release which comes in a tube and is very easy to... I've used daywear plus multi protection tinted moisturiser for a couple of weeks now. i in my forties and have sensitive skin which is prone to break-out. this product feels and looks great - it calms my skin, feels light and adds a healthy good glow. i haven't really used it long enough to discover if it will make me break out. Doesn't seem to, so far. it is expensive, but a little goes a long way. So, overall, i would highly recommend it.

Estee Lauder Daywear Plus is fantastic! I swear by the daywear plus tinted moisturiser, I have oily skin and it makes my skin look great without being shiny. Makes you look like your glowing without a horrible line around your jaw. It's light, fresh and so worth the money. Go and buy it now! (read more)

I think this product is great, I have sensitive skin and after using this I don't break out anymore. It's light weight, smells great, and I love that it is SPF 15. (read more)

Estee Lauder Daywear Plus is A great moisturiser for normal/combination skin. Smells of cucumber, and after using a toner, is leaves your skin feeling fresh, clean and properly moisturised. It comes in a pump or a tub (depending on your own preference), and does last for ages, as a little goes a long way. There is also one for oily skin, which is great and also smells of cucumber. I found this review unhelpful because...the reviewer didn't tell us what skin type she had or give any details about her age,lifestyle etc. so we have nothing to compare or identify with. Therefore we have no way of knowing if the product is suitable for our individual requirements.Also she mentions a serum that she uses that compliments the moisturiser but tells us nothing about the serum or why the two products work so well together.It was more of a comment than a review.
