    Good Points: Location, rooms, beds, food, room rate.


    Bad Points: Do not exchange your foreign money at the desk by the front door. My friend was given a really poor rate for exchanging cash (under around $1.8 CDN to the GBP £1, usually around $2.3 CDN).


    General comments: Stayed at Sheraton Centre Hotel in October 2004 with five friends in 3 rooms. Our rooms were newly refurbished and had lovely decor - 2 x double beds in each room. The Sweet Sleeper beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in. Double rooms were £64 per night.

    Great location, opposite City Hall and very close to The Eaton Centre and The Bay. Access from the hotel to the underground shopping area 'The Path'. Had breakfast in the hotel daily. Huge choice and very nice too. Enjoyed a lovely dinner in Le Biftheque restaurant within the hotel.

    Booked our trip to Niagara Falls through the hotel and had the best day ever. Paid extra for a helicopter flight over Niagara Falls and it was awesome! Also booked theatre tickets.

    Large indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Gym available - but you have to pay.

    Laundry and valet service available.

    Enjoyed our stay very much and am booked in again for a family holiday in July 2005.
