“Atrocious communication/delivery”

I ordered on 1st July, now the 20th. NO DELIVERY despite being told on the 15th that it was being despatched on that day for delivery next day. I have had to make contact, none has been forthcoming from Petsupermarket. I was told on 9th July that supply was a problem but product was expected in on 11th ( I made the call to Pet Supermarket). The first time I used this company everything was perfect, fast delivery all items I ordered. Second time took a little longer and some of the items were a bit bashed about, I just blamed it on the courier however my most recent order is still not here despite ordering 2 weeks ago! I ordered my puppy food and a few toys over 10 days ago ..... yes it takes these wasters 10 days to deliver your goods , only to be told there was a 48 hour delay .... yesterday the 8th was the latest my goods were meant to arrive, I still do not have them ..... they also advertise stuff at £ 1.20 and when you check out its a £1 dearer .. “Late delivery, no communication.”

Sixteen days ago i placed my order I was told it would take between 5-7 working days to arrive which was fine.. The 7th working day come and went with no delivery so the next day I logged on to find the status of my order was still 'processing' so I called the customer care team and was told my kibble wasn't in stock when I ordered it but had just come back in and they were waiting for a pharmacist to authorise the wormer and flea treatment. “Poor service and communication”

Order some dog food which I needed urgently so paid for fast delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed. Got a response 48 hours later saying it was out of stock, hopefully being back in stock in 48 hours. Why did I have to email them to get this information, surely they should have contacted me as soon as they knew they were out of stock!!! Very poor. I have been emailed today to say my order is going to be delayed. I ordered it on 28th June. My Bichon is on a special diet due to colitis and I can't get his sensitive food locally. I have spent around £400 on food with Pet Supermarket in the past 12 months but loyalty counts for nothing. I had an online chat with someone who obviously couldn't care less. He didn't even sympathise. I have had to find another supplier online and place another order as he couldn't tell me when I will get my order from Pet Supermarket. There is something wrong here I thing there is more to this problem than we are being told

“customers dont matter !!!”

I presently have a problem with a cat scratching post I bought from them, it lasted 3 months and as my little cat jumped on the top tier of the scratching post it literaly snapped off,I e mailed them and they sent a courier to collect it and from then on in I was given exactly the same story as above. Having ordered dog food from this company delivery was on time but 18 out of 18 tins was dented but still usable. Having sent email to this effect on 19-11-13 I have had 6 email upto today 2-12-13. “Goods paid for, never delivered and refund is dragging on”

she seems to be under the impression that customers should be told to "get lost" and the phrase "Tough Luck" is there company policy ! dont buy anything from them their policy is once you have purchased an item if anything goes wrong with it or is poor quality their Tough Luck policy kicks in Be Warned !!
ps they also charged me £1.97 on my telephone call to them,no note of this charge on their site anywhere.

I brought a dog ramp which was not suitable due to the fact that it did not fit the car even thou it was stated it would by Pet Supermarket, it were returned and I have proof that Pet Supermarket accepted delivery but are now trying the get out of giving a refund due to the following statement - "Unfortunately, you will have to raise a claim with parcel force to retrieve any funds". Exactly what I've been through. I have contacted Trading Standards who have advised me to send a letter, registered delivery due to 'breach of contract' as the promised refund has not been made on the agreed date. I will also contact my credit card company.

I have had the same experience and I've been a retailer for over 38 years and have never had such a poor service. I suggest you contact your credit card company who will re-cover your money on your behalf.

A Perplexing and Haphazard Company / Group, who make statements that they do not honour. EG, Confirm discount refunds, and then do not pay. Ask for photographs of damaged goods, and then fail to make any further comment - become unobtainable!! They take payment for goods that are not in stock. They bombard you with spam, and yet are most difficult to contact / obtain any Answers / Responses to messages requesting help!
