I have been using pet Supermarket fr years and always had good service. Something has drastically changed: they took the money but the goods were not delivered. They do not answer e-mail or phone calls. How can I now get my money back as ordered a few expensive items that I needed urgently for a cat who is battling through chemo treatment? “Taken my money yet no goods sent... do not place any...”

Spent all morning trying to get through, eventually tried option 1 - Sales (all other options I was automatically cut off)and got through and asked if PS were going under, he laughed & said they had there best ever year. I will be checking with companies house. Any way he assured me my order will be sent out today and be with me in 2-3 days (still haven't received a confirmation despatch email so won't hold my breath). PLEASE DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY NOW AND GOODS NOT ARRIVING . THEY ARE BLAMING ROYAL MAIL.... I placed 2 separate orders 3 weeks ago for the first time with Pet-Supermarket.co.uk, spent over £35 on my orders. I still did not receive my orders, after a few days delay in delivery I chased them. “Worst company ever.”

Placed an order with this company on Sunday 3rd August and paid £4.95 for premium delivery as i needed the items quickly. The website states that "Our Premium service offers quicker delivery of your order in 1-2 days from the time of dispatch, excluding Sundays. I placed an order for express delivery. After a week of not even receiving a dispatch e-mail, I e-mailed the company only to be told that my order was out of stock. “Going bust? Don't use!”

I have the same problem as a good few other people. I placed an order on 12th July for cat food for an elderly cat with kidney problems. The email receipt promised delivery by 22nd July. Of course I've received nothing. I emailed once and got a claim that they were upgrading their warehouse system and I would get a delivery date within two days. The first time I used this company everything was perfect, fast delivery all items I ordered. Second time took a little longer and some of the items were a bit bashed about, I just blamed it on the courier however my most recent order is still not here despite ordering 2 weeks ago! I ordered my puppy food and a few toys over 10 days ago ..... yes it takes these wasters 10 days to deliver your goods , only to be told there was a 48 hour delay .... yesterday the 8th was the latest my goods were meant to arrive, I still do not have them ..... they also advertise stuff at £ 1.20 and when you check out its a £1 dearer .. “Poor service and communication”

Order some dog food which I needed urgently so paid for fast delivery. Nothing arrived. Emailed. Got a response 48 hours later saying it was out of stock, hopefully being back in stock in 48 hours. Why did I have to email them to get this information, surely they should have contacted me as soon as they knew they were out of stock!!! Very poor. I have been emailed today to say my order is going to be delayed. I ordered it on 28th June. My Bichon is on a special diet due to colitis and I can't get his sensitive food locally. I have spent around £400 on food with Pet Supermarket in the past 12 months but loyalty counts for nothing. I had an online chat with someone who obviously couldn't care less. He didn't even sympathise. I have had to find another supplier online and place another order as he couldn't tell me when I will get my order from Pet Supermarket. There is something wrong here I thing there is more to this problem than we are being told
