    Medifast foods taste medicinal. The scrambled eggs--Powder? Disgusting. The pudding never came out right. Very expensive considering all you are getting are powders, soups, oatmeal, pudding, shakes, and eggs! Yuck. I am going to try Bistro MD where at least I am paying for food, and getting FOOD!! Very dissapointed.

    I had no idea this was the limit of their Menu. Research before you buy.

    You have to have the right mind set to do any program. I am looking forward to starting my own plan. I got some samples first and am pleased with all I tried. If you can't have someone in your house doing it too, find a buddy to help you keep going.
