Good Points: The food is easy to fix, its easy to take with you. I like the idea you have some choices of things to add to each meal to accent the taste.
Bad Points: Without a buddy it is harder to make yourself stay on the plan. I wish there was some kind of bread to go with the eggs maybe for a sandwich.
General comments: You have to have the right mind set to do any program. I am looking forward to starting my own plan. I got some samples first and am pleased with all I tried. If you can't have someone in your house doing it too, find a buddy to help you keep going.
