    I have to say I was bricking it ordering The Day Bed from this company, having read the previous reviews. I ordered on the Friday and it was delivered the following Thursday. I received a call the day before by a lovely lady letting me know. A nice chap got lost and we went out to find him, saw that he was in a beaten up old van and our hearts sank! He did not give us any hassle though when we wanted to check everything, considering it was cash on delivery we thought we'd better. Everything was there thankfully, instructions were easy to follow. However, this is not a luxury bed as described, solid design but the finish on the ornate carvings is beyond poor, with drip marks and flowers completely melded. This is most certainly a reject. To be honest I am just relieved it was all there, I wish I had waited and gone elsewhere and paid the extra for the full monty, but I cannot complain about the service like some have. I would go for the cash on delivery and check it out first, though do not expect to always get the top quality you think you are paying for. Returning now would be a nightmare, read their terms, go for a well known trusted company if you do not want the stress and slight disappointment.

    We ordered a bed for our son thinking it would be delivered quickly. How wrong we were. Firstly, they took our money then contacted us saying they needed written proof of our address (ie a bank statement and/or a copy of a driving licence) faxed to them before they could proceed with the order. Having done we waited on a phone call to confirm time of delivery. This was not forthcoming. We tried in vain over a few days to phone them but never any answer.     DO NOT use this company!!!! we ordered a set of WHITE bunk beds and SEVEN weeks later we were sent a stone white set which was actually cream not white colour as advertised!!!!they do not answer any phone calls, have appalling customer service and when you need to return items Wrongly sent to you they hit you with a 25% charge!!!!!! we have now reported them to trading standards and are taking legal advice against them!! NEVER EVER USE BEST CHOICE FURNITURE!!! they should be called WORST choice ...

    I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you for the swift delivery of the bunk beds on Saturday. The service was fantastic. The driver called 30 mins before arriving, was very pleasant and professional. The beds are brilliant, well made and solid. What was even more refreshing was that all the screws etc were there !

    My only comment is that it took us longer to put together than the
    instructions said ! - but that will be down to us arguing about which screw for which part !

    I ordered bunk beds on wed and they were delivered on sat which isn't too bad in my opinion as they said they have been really busy. My husband built the beds and it wasn't too time consuming. I agree with previous reviews that they are hard to get hold of by phone but if you email them then they reply or phone you really quick. I was a bit dubious from ordering from this company but they were fine and the beds and mattresses are lovely.

    We bought a weston pine bunk bed for the kids. It was supposed to arrive in 24 hours but we got a call saying they were extremely busy and would deliver it a few days later. Well it arrived 5 days later. No instructions on how to put it together! The phone number is always busy.

    I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Very poor service.

    I ordered childrens bunk beds ( Atlas style with mattresses £249.99 )on 28th Sept, got an email 2 days later stating they would be here at the weekend, could not get through on the phone, constantly engaged untill 5pm,then it rings out, sent plenty of emails too, received no replys!!!!
    I decided to drive to the address on their website they were not there,I asked a nearby trader who advised me that they have shut down.

    To everybody that has had problems with bestchoicefurniture.co.uk
    I am another customer that has been messed about by this company.
    I have given over £400 and recieved nothing! I had to spend a little more money on company search and hey presto!! The company now has promised me delivery within 2 weeks. If they cant do any better then everybody here will have his address as well! I will keep you informed!

    i ordered a bed it said 24hour delivery a week later i still dont have it and the number they have on the website doesnt seem to work. i would never use best choice furniture

    Ordered bunk beds with best choice furniture on bank holiday Monday for 24hr delivery - expecting them Wednesday, got e-mail Wednesday stating it would definitely be at the weekend, guess what - no delivery and no phone call, have tried calling them without success, phone ALWAYS engaged, tried e-mail 1/2 dozen times - no response!
    They owe me £200 and I can't even speak to them!!!
    I'M THINKING OF DRIVING TO WAKEFIELD FROM BLACKPOOL TO GET MY BUNK BEDS!!!!

    I read the reviews on here and was a little apprehensive but placed my order anyway because the price was considerably less! I chose to pay cash on delivery that way if the bed never arrived i hadn't lost anything. I ordered a childs bunk bed last friday and it arrived today (a week later), not bad considering it was a bank holiday. The bed was supposed to arrive on Wednesday but i received a call saying the bed they picked up from the warehouse was damaged so they would get new stock on firday ...

    Brilliant service from Best Choice Furniture Ltd. The bunk beds which I ordered on Monday afternoon arrived at 7.30 a.m. on Wednesday as requested and confirmed by telephone on the previous day. They are very good quality and value for money. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and caring attitude towards
    customers. I will have no hesitation in buying from you in the future and
    recommending you to my friends. The on-line description was accurate and sufficient for my purposes.

    I bought a Weston Bunk Bed from Best Choice Furniture Ltd. Excellent Product and good value for money. But the appalling Customer Service made buying this a stressful expieriance. No 24 hour delivery, virtually impossible to speak to by phone. We did get an email promising delivery the following Wednesday. When I rang and managed to get through on Wednesday morning I was told off for daring to expect a delivery on a Wednesday..... However, when the bed arrived the following day it was great and ...

    Called Best Choice on Thursday to order their Bali 4'6" ottoman bed frame and spoke to a lovely lady. Order was taken and she confirmed that delivery would probably be over the weekend. I received an e-mail confirming this the next day. The bed was delivered as promised on the Sunday (I was called 20 mins before)and the driver was lovely and even took all the boxes upstairs.

    Bed is fab and I would thoroughly recommend Best Choice Furniture to anyone!!

    Phoned Best Choice on Thursday and spoke to a lovely lady. She took my order over the phone for a '4'6" Bali Bed' on Thursday and then sent me an e-mail confirming delivery for the weekend. I called them on Friday and they confirmed delivery on Sunday.

    Bed delivered as promised on Sunday morning, (they called me 30 mins before to confirm I was there)and the delivery man even carried all the boxes into the bedroom for me!! Bed looks fantastic and was easy to put together.

    Ordered the bed Monday from Best Choice Furniture Ltd, it came Wednesday morning. Others had either twice the price or wait three weeks. So stock and delivery were great. Particularly liked the fact that the phone contact was accurate and friendly and that I messed up at PAYPAL and ordered two by accident. Quick phone call sorted it out and equally quick refund. Great service and value.

    I ordered some triple sleeper bunk beds on fri from Best Choice Furniture - to be delivered the following weds. The company phoned me a few times in order to sort delivery times. They were delivered on the weds - driver contacted me prior to arrival. They had cash on delivery - i had a valid receipt. On assembling the bunk beds one of the matresses was very slightly damaged, i contacted them on thurs and they arranged for the mattress to be changed on sat - which it was, great service all round. ...

    I'd been looking everywhere for this bed and everywhere was out of stock. Then i found it by searching the internet for sale with Best Choice Furniture and it was over £65 cheaper than i'd seen it anywhere else. There was even free delivery!

    Cheap item, fast free delivery, rang the day before to confirm a delivery time and came on time.

    I ordered a 3 sleeper bunkbed on a Thursday from Best Choice Furniture Ltd, asking for delivery Friday or Saturday. Not possible but would contact Monday to confirm delivery date. Lady, most polite and helpful, phoned Monday to say delivery Wednesday. Guess what, the item was delivered Wednesday and, with help, the bunk bed was erected by 4pm.
