Good Points: Good price.
Bad Points: Very poor service. Sent me 4 Cynthia Bunk Beds, all were damaged, one had no mattress. Didn't deliver when promised.
General comments: Best Choice Furniture took my order in February 2008, 1st bed eventually delivered mid-May with every component badly damaged. Replaced with 2nd bed, still badly damaged, 3rd bed was the same and eventually in early July the last bed came, it was damaged as well. Their Customer Service was very poor with continual apologies, promises to call back (but rarely did). Deliveries arranged twice and driver didn't turn up which left me waiting in all day. Requested a refund and got promise to ring me to discuss the refund - no phone call and refund appeared on credit card without telling me. No compensation for having my money for nearly 6 months.

Ordered a bunk bed from Best Choice Furniture required delivery 14 days after house refurbishment complete. By phone BCF said no problem.
Day 14, no delivery (due to broken printer), promised next day.
Next day no delivery (due to van breakdown), promised next day.
Next day, van arrived having travelled 200 miles, opened van to find it empty. 2 young children still sleeping on the floor!

I placed my order in the morning, I had a call in the afternoon confirming my order and details and received my bed 2 day later.

I placed an order with best choice furniture for a bedframe via the internet, payment was taken the next day. On the webpage it states 24hr delivery, but I still haven't received the bed or refund - I have contacted trading standards! If you read this before placing an order, then my advice is save your cash and go to another company.

Admittedly did not order next day delivery from Best Choice Furniture Ltd but requested weekend delivery - despite other reviews the service was good. Beds arrived on time and the person who delivered was very helpful and carried my beds up a flight of stairs. Beds are perfectly adequate - don't expect great quality when you are paying bargain basement prices!

Placed order for £99 bunk beds late on friday 4th april, phoned them to cancel order on the saturday and was informed that payment had gone through twice and that I would have received a refund back for the £99 overpayment. On 24th feb found www.bestchoicefurniture.co.uk and ordered a metal bedframe, it didnt show in the cart, so added it again, and did the same so I added it again, then it charged me for 3 beds! They shouldn't be allowed to promise next day delivery when they don't always deliver. I would have paid extra for a better service if I had known. I am reluctant to cancel because it will cost me 10% cancellation fee. That is very poor.

I ordered a bed and was eventually told it was going to be delivered today well its not here and it doesn't look like its coming , but i can't say I am surprised. I think they just fobbed me off telling me I was getting it today, even when I rang this afternoon they still said it was coming. They must think I am an idiot

I had an average experience with this company, they explained to me in detail problems caused to why I did not receive my delivery date which is admirable and in the end I got a good deal on a superb quality bed and mattress, all the best to the company as I can imagine how hard it is to run a company on bad reviews!

Ordered from the website yesterday, tried to call all morning, no email or calls to arrange delivery. It has only been 24 hours but after reading the reviews I don't trust them, I'm hoping I get a response to this from a representative. If it states all that stuff about 24 hour delivery, they should be trying to work towards that. I'm going to cancel my payment and not deal with them again.

I ordered before 12.30 on thursday expecting 24 hour delivery, and was then told, only after I phoned them, that it would be the weekend and then I phoned again on Saturday, to be told monday definite delivery which it was. Having read some awful reviews about Best Choice Furniture, I have to comment on the excellent service we received. Having left it late to order a bed before Christmas, with just day's to go, I received a call to say they were able to deliver the weekend before Xmas with no problems. As promised, I received a call when he was 10 minutes away at 7.45 in the morning, having left Leeds at 3.00am. The gentleman who delivered it was polite and courteous, and the product was well worth the money.
