Good Points: Very powerful, electrically quiet, well specified.
Bad Points: Currently won't run Skype - needs a version on Beta test. Lifetime support isn't valid if you upgrade. Whilst that makes sense with hardware, it's a bit silly with Windows given how often you get new versions.
General comments: My Quest A30 (march spec) is excellent value but it was disappointing that it didn't run Skype either via sound card or USB phone and that Evesham didn't want to know. It also arrived with the obscure microphone setting not being set to boost that has been standard on all my previous machines which, until I found it, impossible to use the microphone. It did however have more ports than the on-line spec said.
With an older machine, I found lifetime support for original hardware wasn't available as I'd upgraded to XP SP2.
