I placed an order for a collection to be undertaken next day and delivery anticipated between 2 to 3 days after that. As I established that the collection had not occurred, I tried in vain to contact P2G and ended up on their atrocious Chat Line. “Terrible Company”

Terrible company. Would NEVER use again. Smashed the parcel to pieces despite having fragile tape all over it. Didn't pay out the full amount owed and took even more off for a bank transfer Unless you want your item in bits I wouldn't recommend using them. No number to ring and complain only online chat. “Absolutely terrible experience”

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered a 1-3 day courier to take something to Italy for £20. After 2 weeks it still hadn't been delivered and still nobody can tell me why. The person I was sending the package to is no longer at that address so I've asked to have it returned to me and they're making me pay £12 to return it. Paid for same day collection and next day delivery, 3 days later still no parcel, re-booked collection twice, asked for a partial refund for the difference in price of service, was refused, told me they were not responsible as they are a 3rd party company! “A big mistake ”

I sent two boxes at the same time from England to Spain and they had to come in 4 or 6 days, a box came after 12 days and I had to paid extra money £35 for the custom charges and the another box has not even come after waiting 18 days there came to me broken several articles about decoration and a frame that I had to throw. Parcel2go sickened me with there useless customer service used for over three years of loyalty to them, wanted prepay refunded answer from them after two months with resolver is that my £39.11 balance is no longer mine due to all the FREE £5.00 credits they have paid me in bonuses so beware if you leave make sure you are not in credit with them as a bunch of criminals and liars. “No delivery ! Cheat ? Fraught ?”

Unfortunately LAZADA changed his delivery service from LBC to parcel2go. First experience very bad ! I ordered three GARDENA gardening tools at LAZADA. 2go delievered only the rake ! No handle for the rake ! No branch cutter ! Maybe the guy from 2go has his own business with stolen goods ? Maybe ! The LAZADA system showed up all delivered ! FRAUGHT ! I can give you the LAZADA Order Number

Only the rake and the vertilizer arrived ! I ordered refund for the rest !

The 2go number is not shown in LAZADA and I do not keep the letters and empty parcels !

I sent a parcel via these people. There was a problem with the address & the parcel was eventually returned to me. There was no tracking information, they didn't contact me to advise of a problem, I contacted them. They didn't pass on the updated information. Never got in touch even though they promised to within 1-2 days (repeatedly). Can only contact via chat or Facebook & they haven't answered my questions just said no refund. We sent a rather large parcel to Cyprus - not heavy 8.5 - but well wrapped- rather bulky as wooden instrument. First time used Parcel 2 go and sent anything like this abroad. Found them very helpful on the chat line with questions about documentation etc. and much to our surprise the parcel arrive in 3 days all fine. The recipient was texted and emailed it was on its way. Used the website to send a parcel from the UK to Germany. I needed the parcel to arrive by Friday (latest Saturday) and therefore chose the DPD 1-3 day delivery service. The parcel was collected on Wednesday and did not arrive until the following Tuesday (damaged as well). “STAY AWAY - Most unreliable company on the market!!!”

Send parcel to Qatar on 11th February 2017. Spend over 70 quid for fast shipping 5-7 days. Online status showed that after 6 days parcel arrived in Qatar and been going through customs examination. Absolute worse case scenario, they could NOT do it worse on purpose... I have track of everything but it's long (please ask if you want more). Hence I summarise here and beg you to read a part at least... you won't need to finish before making up your mind: -- Highest priority delivery using UPS (not the cheap option) for an urgent matter and payed extra for insuring the parcel... -- First day they didn't pick up the parcel. “40,000 parcels out of a million go missing, 4 percent.”

Parcel2go advertise a tracking service When the courier collected our parcel, it was scanned, which has been confirmed by parcel2go. I am unsure where the information on 4% of parcels not being delivered has come from. This information is not correct for a statistic of the amount of parcels which are not delivered.

Dear Dianne Fisher,
one of your colleagues informed me, that your company has a 96% success rate of delivery. Which means your company has a 4% failure rate. As for the explanation "there are lots of reasons why parcels go missing (faulty barcode readings etc. )". This would not make a parcel vanish. There are 2 address printed labels with the barcodes and 2 written labels each fixed on 4 sides of my parcel. If the 2 bar codes didn't register, it still has the delivery address on 4 sides. Your tracking service recorded that my parcel was collected by your courier but there are no records of what the courier did with it. As my parcel can not just vanish, where is it. I would be very grateful if you could locate my parcel, as a lot of the stuff inside it has a sentimental value,

Sorry to hear that you’re struggling to make a claim for your parcel. I can understand your frustration.

If your claim for compensation isn’t being accepted, it could be the case that the parcel in question was sent without Parcel Protection. Adding Parcel Protection to a delivery covers your parcel for a set amount in the event of damage or loss, so it’s necessary to have taken out Parcel Protection in order to make a claim.

If you could email over your parcel reference number (beginning with ‘P2G’ – you can find it in your confirmation email or in your account area on our website) I can look into your claim further to determine whether there’s anything we can do to help.

I wanted to send a laptop overseas and booked the 'economy' service to be picked up on Monday. Waited in all day and no-one showed. Used the chat window to re-book for Wednesday and guess what, no-one showed. Went back to chat window and managed to get a re-fund (I hope! Will check account in a couple of days). Really sorry to hear that your chosen courier has failed to collect your parcel. We only work with couriers that we expect to be truly reliable, so it’s disappointing that you’ve been let down on this occasion.

Due to reasons that include heavy traffic, roadworks or complications with other collections, it’s not always possible for a courier to collect a parcel on the originally agreed date.

That said, I do understand your frustration, and would like the chance to investigate why your collection has failed on this occasion.
