UPS lost my parcel and Parcel 2 Go did nothing to chase them up and tried their best to avoid compensating me. You cannot call them by the way. They operate an "outgoing call centre". They just do not care about customer service. Really avoid them like the plague… Read Full Review

“Not fit for purpose”

Parcel2Go do offer a good price with lots of options for different carriers. The problem arises when something goes missing - and it will, eventually even with UPS who are the most reliable carriers. You cannot phone or write or email these people, only use their stupid chat portal. With each conversation you have to waste twenty minutes proving who you are and establishing the credentials of yourself and the parcel. “Only as good as your last job!”

I've used Parcel2Go many times over the past few years and all has been OK. However, this last occasion, when things went wrong and I needed to contact them, boy are they CRAP!!! Only way you can make contact is via online chat, now these are sometimes OK, but rely on having ; a) someone who cares at the other end and b) someone who can actually offer help, support and make some sort of effort to sort out your problem. “Full costs of insrance not covered as a refund”

I have used them 3 times, twice without an issue. The third time I had paid for insurance and for a package to be signed for on delivery. The package was not signed for on delivery and was not received by the customer. Parcel 2 go ask for proof of sending , cost of the item and proof that it was not received, fair enough. This crowd's agents in Athlone, Ireland, managed to A) Fail to deliver a parcel correctly addressed etc. They claimed that it couldn't be done, because there was no contact phone number!! “Avoid, dishonest company”

Please note, all potential customers of Parcels2Go. Quote from their email to me. "Parcel2Go.com are unable to offer any guaranteed collections or deliveries on any of our services." I and many other customers have found out this to their cost. “Initial Incorrect delivery, item then lost or thrown away?”

A Well packed collectable collected from Blackpoolon 2 March. Item sent back to the sender on 5 March and taken away by the driver. He must be known and asked what he then did with the parcel. 10 March reported missing, no further tracking recorded. I paid for TWO parcels to be picked up the same day and havent received both. The reason I paid for express is because it is very URGENT. Customer Service is terrible. They even put me through to a Spanish agent.. I spoke to about 4 different people. They don't care that your matter is urgent or that you paid for something that wasn't real. They kept me on a webchat for over an hour after I asked where my parcel was because it was over a week late with no online updates. They promised to email me several times and never did. Parcel2go failed to deliver a parcel which had the last letter of the postcode incorrect - OK I can see that might be an issue, though not hard to check for the correct postcode on Royal Mail postcode finder (takes about 5 seconds). Failed to collect (Yodel); I was accused of not being in; rescheduled with UPS, but P2G did not provide the paperwork; waited in a further day; UPS attended but would not take; I had to take the parcel to the UPS collection point. Offered £1.80 compensation, as the revised service was cheaper!! No telephone contact numbers; chat service is hidden on their website; no email service to customer services. Booked a parcel with these via Yodel, item arrived in a terrible state, outside smashed to bits, emailed them the photographic proof of the damage and they didn't do a thing, tried to claim and because I didn't pay the rip off extra charges I lost everything. Do not use Parcel2Go, a company does not have phone number, which means no customer service. I had a painful experience with them. Never, ever use this firm. They apparently 'lost' my parcel even though I can see on their system that it went into the drivers van for delivery. In other words it was stolen not 'lost'. Totally useless - Avoid at all cost. Parcel returned to its sending destination. I paid for next day delivery on the 22nd Jan. They failed to collect 4 times and finally collected on the parcel on the 29th - a full 7 days late. Tried to deliver it but instead of holding on to it sent it back to London !!!!!!! They're certainly cheap but unfortunately you get what you pay for and a cheap courier is no use if they then promptly lose all the goods they're entrusted with. That's what happened to us. Collected the well wrapped and addressed parcel on time and then...lost it all within just over one day. I wish I'd seen this review site before buying from this company! I found Parcel2Go on Google - mistake! I paid for 5 parcels to be collected and notified my customers of tracking numbers and delivery dates.
