“POOR SERVICE DELIVERY”

I missed there courier who left no contact detail to arrange re-delivery for when I was in. Made no attempt to leave parcel with a neighbour. Spoke and wrote email to company asking if i could just collect from depot personally. like you would do with any other courier company. To be told they wouldn't deal with me as I was only the person receiving the item and not the sender. UK to Australia - p2go have lost a suitcase returned two boxes - mixed up the labels on all. The tracking stops in a midlands airport but they say they are delivered ! There is no contact number for these people just a web chat - how they are getting away with this i don't know. “Unbelievably bad”

I didn't think it was possible for a company to behave so badly. My parcel is now over a month late and after checking in with them COUNTLESS times I am told to come back in 1-2 working days. They can't even confirm that it's been lost - they don't know where the parcel is, but it's not lost?? What sort of a company communicates with their couriers over EMAIL and what sort of a sham company does not have a phone number? Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. Fobbed off Numerous times. More information next week. Awful Awful Awful Avoid like the plague. “Terrible service”

I booked a parcel in through this company on a saturday to be collected on Tuesday. The parcel was collected on wednesday. Tracking service was useless, no contact method of use to me through their website, had to use facebook live chat. I had to contact the courier service that I had booked (streewise) who did not recognise 'parcel to go' and told me the parcel was booked in with them on Tuesday. “NEVER USE!”

I booked a parcel for collection, It was Marked FRAGILE all over the box. They Smashed the item, but still marked the item as delivered. I had to call the courier to find out what was going on and was told the item was too damaged to deliver. Could not call Parcel2Go as they have no phone number, had to write via "chat" to raise a claim, said it would be done in 2 days. “Awful, Avoid at all costs”

I have regularly sent parcels via P2G and recently have had the worst experiences in trying to claim for lost, damaged, and non collected parcels. They are refusing to compensate me for a missing parcel as they say the contents (solid glue) are on their banned list. I checked the list - no mention of glue or adhesive. I ordered a spare wheel and tyre from a VW dealer in Glasgow. When the wheel had not arrived, I contacted the dealer, and was told the courier had tried to deliver but I was out. I contacted Parcel2Go using the online service. I was told they could not deliver as no-one was there, and they could not leave a note because there was no letter box. I AGREE, I ACTUALLY DID SEND THE PICTURES AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED CONTACTING THEM IS A JOKE , TIME HAS ARRIVED WHEN ALL COURIER COMPANIES WERE REGULATED AND FORCED TO COMPENSATE ALL CUSTOMERS WHERE THE PARCELS ARE NOT DELIEVERED SAFELY AND ON TIME

They take your money and confirm a 12hr pick up slot. Believe them at your peril! We waited the whole 12hr and nothing. They refused to compensate our time or to rebook at a suitable time and added that their small print says pick up times are not guaranteed! Very disappointed with the delivery, the collection was delayed 4 times in 4 days, and they still can't guarantee the parcel would be picked up. Every time I contacted them when delay happened, they kept telling me wait till 6pm, then no one showed up.
