I used parcels2go the other day and waited in for 3 days and no one came to pick up my parcel. I phoned them and when i did get through the attitude from them was really bad. I will NEVER use them again!

i only have problems with parcels2go when i use parcel force! failed collections, damaged goods etc.
i can`t fault dhl they have never let me down, i only use parcel force for parcels going outside of the uk because they are cheaper, but nearly everytime they let me down, you are better of paying the extra and using dhl!
when i have problems i find the staff @ parcel2go a bit rude and un-helpful, you get told different things by different staff and they are slow getting back to you! and dont bel ...

I paid p2g for collection and delivery using paypal for the 48 to 72 hour DHL service. They collected the item on the 7th then left a card to say it wasn't paid for on the 12th. A week later they delivered the item after I forwarded them my emailed paypal invoice. This was the second time I had used parcels2go, the first time, some years ago, they failed to collect. I will not use them or DHL again.

Parcels2Go failed to collect my parcel on 2 occasions. Parcel still not collected after 2 weeks.
Called the customer service line numerous times to be put on hold and struggle to get through.
The live operator function has not been online yet and my emails sent to parcels2go remain unresponded to so far.
Furthermore refunds can take up to 20 days.

I have used Parcels2Go several times and so far have never had any cause to complain. They keep me updated regarding the situation. Their drivers are courteous and friendly. I really have no cause to complain and shall continue to use them.

Please be aware of Parcels2Go: I recently ordered a pickup and delivery of an item only to receive an email on the day stating my order had been cancelled (it was only 3pm and I'd had confirmation). I immediately called them for an explanation and i was told "the driver could not find you". I could not believe this as no drivers note was left at my property?

I immediately sent the item via parcel force and cancelled parcel2go

Many weeks for refund via PayPal dispute which i won

    To make things ...

Great until you have a problem.
I lost an item worth £ 500 and I had to let them know I was going to take it further to get a £50 back and even that was a voucher to use on Parcels2go.

This appears to be a slick operation, based on the website. The reality is far different. They failed to collect on the due date, despite having been charged extra for guaranteed next day collection. They offered a refund of that additional charge, but the refund failed to materialise and they had to be chased. The parcel itself failed to reach its destination, and they were hopeless at telling me where it had got to as I did not have an IDENT number (because the collection driver had not issued ...

Parcels2Go is terrible and I urge you not to use them. I arranged for them to collect some alloy wheels for me and they have still not delivered them after collection to my address. They have now been sent back to the senders address.

I am currently writing a letter of complaint and will be taking my complaint to trading standards if I do not receive a satisfactory result soon.

Parcel Force might be a lot more expensive, but this really is a case of getting what you pay for.

The phrase about peanuts and monkeys comes to mind when I think of Parcels2Go.

I sent a fishing pole worth £2000 via Parcels2Go deliver service. I put £2000 cover on it costing £22. One part of the pole got damaged so I tried to claim 8 weeks ago, and I have had no contact and no response. I have sent 100's of emails and made loads of phone calls. You can not speak to the claims department.

I have been able to choose my collection day, and I have never had any problems with Parcels2Go delivery service. The drivers are always courteous, and my parcels have always arrived on time and without damage.

I have used them many times, and never had any complaints. It would however be nice to choose am or pm collection, because you could be waiting in all day.

I used their services once, and I will NEVER use them again. I bought a car bonnet from Ebay and used their delivery services, as they seemed to have some kind of association with Ebay. The bonnet that was supposed to take 2 - 3 days for delivery, took a month and several phone calls to Parcels2Go. It arrived damaged, and despite filling out the claim forms and emailing Parcels2go, nothing has come to fruition, 6 months later!!

I have arranged for them to pick up a pushchair on a next day delivery service. This was 4 days ago, and nobody has been. Customer care is also very bad. I posted my problems on a car forum that I visit, and everybody who replied has had trouble with them. If only I knew before placing the order with Parcels2Go.

One package arrived damaged, when I used Parcels2go the other one never arrived at all. Despite phone calls and emails they have been extremely unresponsive.
