“COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT COMPANY”

Parcel2go is NOT a delivery company. It simply farms out all orders to courier companies so there is no point to it at all as it is clearly safer to hand your valuable parcels to a courier company in the first place. I spent two-hours online chat to get absolutely nowhere. Parcel 2 Go could not tell me where my parcel is. Why it hasn't been delivered in the past two-weeks. When I can expect it to be delivered or a route of complaint. I'm annoyed that an ebay seller used it to send my order and would never recommend parcel 2 go to anybody. “Appalling service”

I have sent form the UK through Parcel2Go on two occasions 2 parcels with the same content to my friend in Spain. It was some wine , coffee and some cheese. Second parcel was lost and my claim for compensation was rejected. This company is a joke. They lost my parcel of £270 value, it took me for ever to get it back, I got a negitivecreviee on eBay, lost £10 in PayPal fees and £30 in eBay fees when I had to refund a customer. “parcel to Spain”

We recently sent a parcel out to Spain, we put it in for collection on the Friday before we travelled out on the Tuesday. We were in Spain 10 days and in all this time we did not receive the parcel!! Firstly it went to Hinckley were it stayed several days, then to Germany (yes that is right Germany!!) eventually it came out for delivery but apparently they could not find the address. booked on friday to collect package,they confirmed between 8am and 6pm monday (the pidgeons dont work weekends),6.10pm monday attempted to contact them no phone numbers just an on line chat room,complained got told to take to drop off point so told them wanted my money back i would not use them again,they then tried to fob me off with upgrade collection/delivery so i demanded a refund then offered to credit £10 to my parcel2go account for future use,told me they have no phone numbers for there… Read Full Review

“Disappointing service”

On the day of parcel pick up, I asked if we could change the address to make delivery easier, I was told yes and the Live Chat was quick and easy. However, the next day, when the parcel was not delivered, I was told that we could change the delivery address, but that did not mean the courier will get the change in address. It was the same street number and same postcode and there was someone in the flat at the supposed time of delivery. I would not recommend using this service… Read Full Review

UPS lost my parcel and Parcel 2 Go did nothing to chase them up and tried their best to avoid compensating me. You cannot call them by the way. They operate an "outgoing call centre". They just do not care about customer service. Really avoid them like the plague… Read Full Review

“Not fit for purpose”

Parcel2Go do offer a good price with lots of options for different carriers. The problem arises when something goes missing - and it will, eventually even with UPS who are the most reliable carriers. You cannot phone or write or email these people, only use their stupid chat portal. With each conversation you have to waste twenty minutes proving who you are and establishing the credentials of yourself and the parcel. “Only as good as your last job!”

I've used Parcel2Go many times over the past few years and all has been OK. However, this last occasion, when things went wrong and I needed to contact them, boy are they CRAP!!! Only way you can make contact is via online chat, now these are sometimes OK, but rely on having ; a) someone who cares at the other end and b) someone who can actually offer help, support and make some sort of effort to sort out your problem. “Full costs of insrance not covered as a refund”

I have used them 3 times, twice without an issue. The third time I had paid for insurance and for a package to be signed for on delivery. The package was not signed for on delivery and was not received by the customer. Parcel 2 go ask for proof of sending , cost of the item and proof that it was not received, fair enough. This crowd's agents in Athlone, Ireland, managed to A) Fail to deliver a parcel correctly addressed etc. They claimed that it couldn't be done, because there was no contact phone number!! Please note, all potential customers of Parcels2Go. Quote from their email to me. "Parcel2Go.com are unable to offer any guaranteed collections or deliveries on any of our services." I and many other customers have found out this to their cost. A Well packed collectable collected from Blackpoolon 2 March. Item sent back to the sender on 5 March and taken away by the driver. He must be known and asked what he then did with the parcel. 10 March reported missing, no further tracking recorded. I paid for TWO parcels to be picked up the same day and havent received both. The reason I paid for express is because it is very URGENT. Customer Service is terrible. They even put me through to a Spanish agent.. I spoke to about 4 different people. They don't care that your matter is urgent or that you paid for something that wasn't real. Parcel2go failed to deliver a parcel which had the last letter of the postcode incorrect - OK I can see that might be an issue, though not hard to check for the correct postcode on Royal Mail postcode finder (takes about 5 seconds). “Terrible service, avoid and deal directly with the...”

Failed to collect (Yodel); I was accused of not being in; rescheduled with UPS, but P2G did not provide the paperwork; waited in a further day; UPS attended but would not take; I had to take the parcel to the UPS collection point. Offered £1.80 compensation, as the revised service was cheaper!! No telephone contact numbers; chat service is hidden on their website; no email service to customer services.
