Paid for a 1 day delivery service for a personalised ebay item i sold. The item still hasn't been delivered and it says on my order page 'Delivery no later than: 20th August 2015' Which clearly shows so far it is 6 days late. I have had to refund my buyer as it was for a wedding days ago. Even if i have the item returned to me it will be no use as it is personalised and cannot be resold. “WORST SERVICE EVER”

Unbelievably, they took EIGHT days to contact the courier after I reported that my parcel hadn't been delivered. I had to ask them for the reference for Hermes, and when I eventually got it, Hermes told me they had only received notification that the parcel was missing that day! They wouldn't refund the full amount either - took £3 off as they said covering the parcel was non refundable. I paid for next day delivery 8 days ago now and my parcel hasn't even been picked up, my buyers want refunds and still I haven't heard from parcel2go. I must have spent 10-15 hours of my week fussing around rebooking my parcel for pick up that i have done 4 times now. Hours messaging clients begging them to believe im telling the truth and a courier service can be so incompetent, hours searching for customer service contact numbers or a email address they arnt listed on their site' why I wonder… Read Full Review

“Customer service... What's that?...”

Been using Parcel2go for around 12 months, 90% of the time it's reliable, HOWEVER the 10% of the time when it goes wrong look out!, missed collections, cancellations, lost parcels and to top it off the worst customer relations I've encountered in a long time. The best quote I've had being "No we can't refund you, If we refunded every missed collection we'd go out of business then what would you do?" Disinterested customer service, after you have scrutinised their website for contact details for 20 mins you eventually find that you can 'live chat' only. If you get through, you just get some disinterested bozo on the other end. Try and make a claim for a lost parcel if you can!!!! Ive used parcel2go for a month now to send some ebay orders out. 40% of the parcels sent either failed to arrive or arrived very late. when finally find out how to chat to them to raise concerns the customer service is just terrible. The customer service just copy and paste set replies and there is no way to phone or email them. “Avoid at all costs”

Arranged a courier collection via Parce2go, they sent to couriers and collected the incorrect parcel. The parcel they collected was worth £1600 when the one they should have collected was worth £20. They could not find the parcel they incorrectly collected and would not help at all. “Not customer oriented and Yodel failed too”

Be warned: Contacting Parcel2Go is nearly impossible. I ordered a Yodel 48hr pick up and delivery service through them. Warning #2: Yodel ONLY pick up is next working day. Yodel failed to show up - we were in all day - no chance we could have missed it - and the parcel was standing, labelled, on the porch all day so that any courier could have taken it, even if we did not hear the doorbell. Paid for 1 working day service on 23rd, on P2Go website it said "delivery no later than 27th" Today we have 28th and no delivery as yet.. Contacted customer support but Sammie just copy-pasted me some of their exceptions and no apology not to mention not compensation was offered for poor courier service. “Prices a rip off”

Parcel2go customer service is really terrible, they're so unhelpful and they're prices are a rip off - they charge £2.75 for a small parcel with Hermes and that's with no insurance you have to pay extra for insurance if the parcel is lost or damaged - going to Hermes direct a small parcel costs £2.78 and that includes insurance of up to £50. “OK until things go wrong”

I used them for a year as a convenient way of booking Hermes. It all seemed to work OK. Then a delivery never arrived. Their tracking service didn't help. Hermes refused to help because my contract is with Parcel2go apparently. So, try to find a way of contacting Parcel2Go. THere is no contact e-mail or phone. I have now used parcel2go 3 times, and out of the 3, only one parcel was actually delivered on time and undamaged. The first parcel, was delivered broken, now this parcel was bubble wrapped, and clearly marked with Fragile tape, and all 4 of the items inside of the parcel were broken.
