“Incompetent and Unhelpful”

Incompetent: 1. Missed collection appointments two days in a row 2. After I decided to drop off the parcel instead, the collection driver paid me a visit a week later to collect the parcel. 3. customer service is a joke they dony care at all. i send 100s of parcels every month as a business and send them all over the world but these clowns seem to have the inability to read fragile labels once you complain that they have damaged a item they send you a form asking for pics of the packaging inside and out.....who takes pictures of the inside of a parcel???? out of 28 parcels i sent out with these 9 arrived in pieces costing me money in replacement items and in some cases refunds on… Read Full Review

I AGREE, I ACTUALLY DID SEND THE PICTURES AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REPLIED CONTACTING THEM IS A JOKE , TIME HAS ARRIVED WHEN ALL COURIER COMPANIES WERE REGULATED AND FORCED TO COMPENSATE ALL CUSTOMERS WHERE THE PARCELS ARE NOT DELIEVERED SAFELY AND ON TIME

They take your money and confirm a 12hr pick up slot. Believe them at your peril! We waited the whole 12hr and nothing. They refused to compensate our time or to rebook at a suitable time and added that their small print says pick up times are not guaranteed! Very disappointed with the delivery, the collection was delayed 4 times in 4 days, and they still can't guarantee the parcel would be picked up. Every time I contacted them when delay happened, they kept telling me wait till 6pm, then no one showed up. When I contacted them again the next day, they apologised and asked me to wait till 6pm on that day, then no on showed up. When sending on behave of a charity, Parcel2Go promised to collected a parcel but the driver ever turned up. They offered to re-book for the following week or refund the service which takes 48hours. “Patronising CS and false offer scam tactics.”

I have used Parcel 2 Go in the past and they have initially been ok however since experiencing their customer service from a 3rd party perspective have now stopped using them and urged many other not to use them either :) The issue arose when my partner tried to send a parcel from her business address using a code for £10 off a delivery, the code was entered and the amount displayed was £3.79 (with the discount) however we found that Parcel2Go had taken the full amount from the account!… Read Full Review

I arranged to return a shower screen to an internet company. This was packaged and marked as fragile. TNT collected the parcel and after about a month I hadn't received my refund. I contacted the internet company who hadn't received the parcel. I contacted Parcel2go who informed that they didn't have a record of my order. They then told me I'd used the wrong email address. I will never use Parcel to Go again. My item was supposed to be delivered a week ago but due to Yodel's incompetence, it has not gone on one day, 2 days they couldn't get access (though the recipient cannot figure out what the issue is as people are always home) and 3 times they ran out of time for the day (so 48 hour delivery means that you can deliver it or not deliver it, if it goes another day, no problem). The most useless courier agent/broker by MILES . Suggest you avoid them unless you have endless time to waste. Almost impossible to contact if there is a problem with a collection or delivery. Also, beware of their cheap sneaky tricks intimidating you into to adding rip-off insurance to your delivery. BEWARE. Did the same with me too..paid £13 to "lose" a brand new mobile..they phoned me to tell me they had empty packaging at their depot and then spend weeks asking me for proof of postage!!

My friend used them to send my suitcase from Manchester to London. I was supposed to receive it by 13 Oct and it went lost. Chasing them over this stupid chat didn't help at all!. I can't understand how a big suitcase can go lost while transported domestically! I believe they don't have any motivation to find my parcel as when it is lost they can claim money from the courier then they might or might not give you part of the compensation!
