“Disgraceful sevice ... avoid!!!”

I ordered an item from ebay over a month ago. Sent using parcels2go. Am still waiting!! They claim they have attempted delivery 3 times. On each occassion I was indoors with my dog ... no way I missed them. On top of that I stayed in on other days as was told by their customer service team the parcel would be delivered. Drivers tell lies on their delivery manifests. Customer service is very apologetic but offer no resolution. I would really stay away from these charlatons and clowns. Am so… Read Full Review

This company is simply appalling!! They seem to be unable to sort out simple errors and mistakes, leaving them to escalate into all sorts of problems for people. ALL of them are LIARS I sent a parcel with them but by mistake I had given the wrong post code I contacted them right away to correct this after I saw the massage on their tracking service and I was assured they will let the couriers know so I waited 5 days the tracking system never updated but I was told it take 24-48 hours but after 5 days I contacted them again. For collection of your parcel you must stay in for 12 hours from 7 am to 7pm with no guarantee they will turn up......and they don't!! - I was then told to go to a UPS depot on Friday night - but it couldn't accept the parcel as the cut off time was 1.30pm that afternoon. I ordered a new wheel and jack from a VW garage in Glasgow, delivery cost £15. On Thursday the seller said the parcel should have arrived. He gave me the P2G parcel number. I think he was having trouble dealing with them. I logged on to the P2G web site, and it said something like "No-one in at 3pm, unable to leave card, returned to depot". “Big company gone bad”

We have used Parcel2go for about two years now and we usually send out small packages weighing no more than 4 kilo's. The service we used was TNT they collected and delivered next day anywhere in the UK at a cost of around £8.50. The rate then increased so we opted for the drop off service with the courier being UPS but next day has become 'perhaps the day after' or maybe after the weekend. Parcel was unable to be delivered to recipient,tried to find a way to book a re-delivery but it seems impossible to contact them. Not to mention money. Booked and paid for collection. Collection window 9-5.30 ! Waited in all day, only for the courier to fail to turn up. Tried to contact them via their website, tracking number page just refreshed when I submitted it, no e-mail contact or phone contact, may as well have tried to contact Elvis or Lord Lucan ! Yodel failed to collect from me despite having the enormous window of between 7 am and 7pm. I spent hours on chat with P2G staff who basically said its not their fault its the courier despite the fact I booked through P2G. Having spent the entire day waiting I then chatted to an advisor at P2G and asked for a refund as I would be taking the parcel to the post office in the morning. I waited in for them for a full day to collect my parcels (7am-7pm). Got a text at 7.10pm to say they had attempted pick up but no one was home. Which was clearly not true. “In-Post Locker Doest Work at ALL”

Expect a cheap service for a cheap price from In-Post Locker with Parcel2go. I tried to contact them by phone but no answered for about 30mins with the answering machine. I contacted their facebook live chat but they want me to pay extra to change the service to collection which is 4x the price i paid for the service that doesnt work. Waited for two days. Tracking would say out for delivery. Great you think, it will arrive today. Wait and wait and wait. 6pm, just check the tracking. Carded.
