Waited for two days. Tracking would say out for delivery. Great you think, it will arrive today. Wait and wait and wait. 6pm, just check the tracking. Carded. Received text to say courier had called to collect parcel between 7-10am, which was a blatant lie as I was painting my front door during this time! I have been waiting for a parcel to be delivered by Parcel2go for over a week. I was told they attempted delivery on 1/8, 4/8 and 9/8, there was no card left on any occasion to let me know they had tried and I was at home all day on the 9/8 when they allegedly tried to deliver. “Appalling service. Do not use this company!”

Waited an unacceptable length of time for a much wanted package bought on eBay. Delay after delay. Eventually delivered, the entire item smashed to pieces and soaking wet. It appeared as though it had been dropped from a great height or kicked around. Item damaged beyond repair and could not be salvaged. I have now emailed the company 3 times with no response at all. Do not use this company - they will be happy to take your money and not even provide a service. I guess you judge a company if they don't appropriately respond when things don't go well. Many weeks ago, it seems Parcel2Go fell out with Panther Parcels & Courier Limited. “Great when it works. Rubbish when things go wrong”

We've used these guys for years and spent thousands with them; always paying extra to fully insure the parcels. Then a label apparently fell off a parcel and to figure out who it was from their carrier cut it open and destroyed the contents. So we claimed. “Outstandingly Poor”

EIGHT (yes 8) failed collections in 4 weeks! I run a small business and only use a courier service 5-6 times a month. This lot managed to not show up on eight separate occasions. How I regret trusting this lot with my parcel. My parcel was lost in transit and I am trying to make a claim under the insurance Parcel2Go provided. The company seem to make everything more difficult than necessary and to delay matters. Well, the low rating on here says it all, doesn't it? I sent a small parcel via Parcel2Go with Hermes on 9th July containing 3 video games, estimated delivery date was 11th July. “Parcel never delivered and no help from customer services”

My parcel was never delivered and the recipient waited in for days to receive it. The only way to contact parcel2go is through Livechat and then when the operator doesn't want to answer your question they close the conversation. Sent a parcel to Belgium in June. It arrive at the parcel hub on 23rd, sat there until 27th, then disappeared from tracking system. I've had two online chats with customer "Service" advisors, and been promised twice that they will look into it and get back to me.
