Never, ever use this firm. They apparently 'lost' my parcel even though I can see on their system that it went into the drivers van for delivery. In other words it was stolen not 'lost'. Totally useless - Avoid at all cost. Parcel returned to its sending destination. I paid for next day delivery on the 22nd Jan. They failed to collect 4 times and finally collected on the parcel on the 29th - a full 7 days late. Tried to deliver it but instead of holding on to it sent it back to London !!!!!!! “Shockingly bad”

They're certainly cheap but unfortunately you get what you pay for and a cheap courier is no use if they then promptly lose all the goods they're entrusted with. That's what happened to us. Collected the well wrapped and addressed parcel on time and then...lost it all within just over one day. Present contained grandchildren's Christmas presents worth over £100 but after the initial 'crocodile tears' don't expect anything approaching full compensation. “Parcel2Go take your money and doesn't provide a service”

I wish I'd seen this review site before buying from this company! I found Parcel2Go on Google - mistake! I paid for 5 parcels to be collected and notified my customers of tracking numbers and delivery dates. Collection day came and went - no one rang the bell, no card through the door, no one rang the phone number I'd been asked for, no one sent an email. They just didn't bother to collect. I sent a China cat to a customer and it arrived with its tail snapped off. I know now that even though Parcel2go took my money to cover the item it was actually on the list of things not covered. I sent 24 boxes from London to Italy, where I was moving. Parcel2go lost 5 boxes - I REPAT: 5 BOXES - of books, DVDs, and other documents. When i asked to be reimbursed, they wanted to see the receipts of books I had lost. “As poor as poor from the land of poor!!!!”

AVOID this company! Parcel sent on 19th Nov.sent to wrong depot on 23rd returned to hub on 25th then lost track.Webchat took 7 days and different person each time. 48 hour delivery by parcel force took 5 days..Parcel force guarantee delivery but only refund 25% if late.. How does that work then? Parcel to go continually fob you off with lame excuses saying that there terms apply but you can't find there terms anywhere. Live chat just fob you off until they run out of answers then disconnect. The first time I used parcel2go was last year, I sent an item which got damaged. I had to prove I had packaged it at the time of delivery! (Like you do this for every package you send!) I managed to get a refund but customer service really sucks and you can't even call them. This weeks I purchased a very expensive gift from eBay and the seller went with parcels2go! Can only echo many many other reviews on here - P2GO are fine until something goes wrong. I posted a parcel to Australia supposedly on a 10 day service. It hadn't shown up almost a month later, then I got an e-mail to say it was being returned. It was correctly addressed and previous consignments to the same address arrived fine. Used the service once - after several non attempted collections and endless hrs on the live chat, numerous assurances and rearrangements 2 weeks post the initial order and after chasing another label - I was informed that they have some problems and won't be able to deliver/collect or even accept the drop off!!
