I sent 6 parcels with this company. They broke 1 in transit, and failed to deliver 2, and 2 others were damaged and I had to give a partial refund to the customer, . I took out extra insurance , to cover the £75 value. They took 2 weeks to look into my claim, and then refused to pay. READ THE SMALL PRINT VERY CAREFULLY with this company, your insurance is worthless, it is just a big hassle. I am no going direct to UPS, which are the same price as this bunch. Monday 15/8/16 booked a parcel to go to the recipient, parcel was picked up on Tuesday from late Tuesday night the tracking failed on the parcel. By Thursday evening at 7pm the recipient hadn't received anything. WARNING, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.... I am absolutely disgusted with this company and the dreadful customer service. This company held a parcel addressed to me with NO good or genuine reason for nearly 6 weeks. They came up with several pathetic excuses as to why they have not delivered it (firstly, "the clothes are second hand" - NO THEY WERE NOT and they all had labels, and even if they were so what? I have recently sent a parcel with parcel2go, they were very good to begin with, helpful with queries and pick up was really quick. However, the parcel was last updated on 8/8 to be at the custom and my recipient have not heard anything since then when the parcel suppose to arrive on 12/8. I had been using parcel2go for over a year then i started getting emails from the "underpayment team" saying i had incorrectly weighed my parcels. I paid the extra charge but then bought Royal Mail approved digital weighing scales to ensure correct weighing but still kept getting the demand for more payment by email stating i had incorrectly weighed the parcels again and became an ongoing weekly demand.. I initially asked parcel to go to collect my EBAY purchase from Yarm and deliver it to Grantham on 7 Jul. It was supposed to be delivered two days later. 7 days down the line it was reported as missing, location unknown. Trying to speak to someone was not an option. You can email parcel to go, or use a live chat that cuts out 9 times out of 10, but actually trying to physically speak to a person doesn't happen! Over a month ago I used parcel2go to post to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia from the UK. The recipient is yet not received. The courier in Jeddah informed the recipient that they will deliver the parcel but they did not deliver it. Until a month later where the parcel has been placed for a return to the UK. When I contacted parcel2go they have been unhelpful with the matter and refused to extend the period, in order for my parcel to be received. Never have I come across such a shambles of a business, it should have rang alarm bells when I notice there are no contact details. Every conversation had to be through a "FACEBOOK LIVE CHAT". where you would sometime loss the connection half way through your conversation and have to start all over again with someone else. “Awful After Sales Service”

Booked and paid extra for an overnight (next working day) delivery. I was advised to drop at the Inpost locker before midday to ensure collection that day. I dropped at 11am and got a printed receipt. Unfortunately the locker failed to be emptied that day! Inpost washed their hands of it saying it wasn't a guaranteed service and promising it would be emptied Friday and delivered Saturday. The sender of my parcel totally messed up. The lady on the customer help desk was fast efficient friend and extremely helpful. Altered the collection day and a new pick up day as the courier couldn't accept my parcel due to it not being packaged correctly. (Old man packaging it??) No trouble at all. Parcel2go is NOT a delivery company. It simply farms out all orders to courier companies so there is no point to it at all as it is clearly safer to hand your valuable parcels to a courier company in the first place. Second parcel was lost and my claim for compensation was rejected. This company is a joke. They lost my parcel of £270 value, it took me for ever to get it back, I got a negitivecreviee on eBay, lost £10 in PayPal fees and £30 in eBay fees when I had to refund a customer. We recently sent a parcel out to Spain, we put it in for collection on the Friday before we travelled out on the Tuesday. We were in Spain 10 days and in all this time we did not receive the parcel!! Firstly it went to Hinckley were it stayed several days, then to Germany (yes that is right Germany!!) eventually it came out for delivery but apparently they could not find the address. “Disappointing service”

On the day of parcel pick up, I asked if we could change the address to make delivery easier, I was told yes and the Live Chat was quick and easy. However, the next day, when the parcel was not delivered, I was told that we could change the delivery address, but that did not mean the courier will get the change in address. UPS lost my parcel and Parcel 2 Go did nothing to chase them up and tried their best to avoid compensating me. You cannot call them by the way. They operate an "outgoing call centre". They just do not care about customer service. Really avoid them like the plague… Read Full Review

“Not fit for purpose”

Parcel2Go do offer a good price with lots of options for different carriers. The problem arises when something goes missing - and it will, eventually even with UPS who are the most reliable carriers. You cannot phone or write or email these people, only use their stupid chat portal. With each conversation you have to waste twenty minutes proving who you are and establishing the credentials of yourself and the parcel.
