    Good Points: Looks good when first purchased.


    Bad Points: Noisy. Difficult to fill. Quartz blue and silver effect flake off. Doesn't always swich off. Lid no longer locks. Leaks.


    General comments: Breville Quartz JK38 - I have owned the kettle for 3 months and from the start it was very noisy. It doesn't switch off every time, so boils away. The special quartz effect has rubbed away and silver has flaked off the lid lever. The lid no longer locks and it has started to leak. Clearly, I am very displeased with spending £30.00 on such a poor quality product.
