Last night at 8pm our site went down for over 3 hrs, I spoke to support who said they would update my ticket to let me know when the site was back online.
They didn't update the ticket until 09:20 Saturday morning saying the site was backup, didn't explain what the reason for the outage was either.

And many supported services for ASP.NET and MVC that I wouldn't have normally expected with shared hosting provided as standard. Went with storm based on the good rating they had here but am disappointed with their service. Advertised as .NET 4 the server only had .NET 2. It took two days of slow e-mails to their support guy (who was insistent that .NET 2 included .NET 4????) to actually convince them to get it installed. It was only my persistence in explaining it wasn't that actually got them to look at it.
In short, the support staff don't seem particularly knowledgeable and the service advertised was not provided....
