    Have they changed something about this product? Have used this quite a few times and have been more than happy. However recently purchased this again and was very disappointed, did not seem to have the same effect. Did not seem to go on the same or make my eyelashes as long as when used previously.
    Dont think i will bother purchasing this again, there are just as good, if not better products, from cheaper ranges. Will keep trying for my ultimate mascara, thought i had found it in this product, ...

    Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect is a fantastic mascara, best on the market today!! Has a great long thick brush with intense thick black mascara that easily thickens and lengthens your lashes after 1 stroke, use 2 for maximum effect no more.. stays on all day, night. Ladies Falsh lash effect YOU GET!

    I'd recommend Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect of course!! Easy removal,increadibly long lashes!PERFECT!and trut me,i ve given lots of money on different mascaras such as chanel,estee,mac,dior,rubinstein..

    You will not be disappointed if you buy this, fantastic product, you can buy it in Superdrug for £16.95 as well, bargain!! Everyone should own this!!

    First tried Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect after reading another review, does what it says on the box. Takes my lashes from non-existence to long and lush with just two coats. Been asked so many times if I've had extensions to which my reply of no prompts 'wow, you've got lovely lashes'.

    Still using this as I've tried so many mascaras and have not had the same result as ysl false effect, but still on the lookout for something that will give me the same result at a cheaper price.

    The life of the product seems extremely short. When used every day, I found that the actual make-up became gluggy and thick within 2 weeks of CORRECT use.

    If the product lasted longer then I think I would buy it again. I feel it is quite expensive for the short period of time it was usable.

    It makes lashes much thicker!
    Its easy to apply!
    Easy to take off!
    It gives them a false lash effect which is what you want!

    Amazing so worth it ..does the job.
    And lasts for ages ..
    my lashes are really long with it.

    I wouldn't believe the negative statements - I think this is the best mascara on the market. Easy to get off, amazing results - the only thing I worry about is having my lashes too long! It is expensive - but no more than other top level products

    Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect - WOW This mascara does wonders! Can't believe I've finally found my perfect Mascara!

    Its taken me so long to find a decent mascara that suits my poor (and pathetic excuse for) eyelashes. It lengthens all of my lashes (including the smaller lashes you wouldn't normally see), clearly defines and seperates and curls to create a full fan of femenine lashes.

    I wouldn't try this its a waste of your hard earned money. When I spoke to an advisor on the YSL counter she advised me to clean the brush with a tissue which I did and it didn't change its performance.

    Was very disappointed with this mascara, everyone raves about it so I thought I couldn't go wrong! The brush is really soft and doesn't do much to my lashes unless I sit for ages. It is quite messy as well, it goes on very wet. Can't believe people pay £19 for it. You would be much better off with LOreal Telescopic!

    I have very, very light eyelashes which look almost none existant without mascara. Every time I purchase a new mascara I hope that it will make my lashes long and fluttery and end up bitterly disappointed. My partner bought me this mascara after he saw a review on TV and I have to say WOW! This is without doubt the BEST mascara I have ever used.     Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect mascara comes in a beautiful casing. It has a nice smell and you get a large amount, with big lashes guaranteed!

    The only nice thing about Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect mascara is the packaging...nice and gold-ish.

    In general, it was a waste of money >>> Maybelline (pink/green box) is so much better, and only $4! I will go back to my favourite mascara by Estee Lauder - Magna Soptic.

    Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect mascara was really hard to remove, and I used Chanel, Dermalogica and Ella Bache specialised eye make up removal products. Once I tried to take it off, it would still leave a build up for days, and often I felt like it took my lashes with it!

    Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect is not the best mascara I have used, but it cost enough so it should last!! Not happy. I will not buy it again.

    I have read everyone's comments and this convinced me to try it for myself. WOW!!! everyone was right this stuff is the best out there. I have short and thin lashes and everytime I put this on it makes me look so glamorous it feels like I can do anything! I would definitely tell all my friends to use it. Will buy more when I run out. Excellent product.

    I've used Yves Saint Laurent False Lash Effect mascara for over a year now, and when I've tried other mascaras, none seem to compare! It is the best one I've found for making your lashes look long, sexy and well defined! Another good one to try is Loreal false lashes; the one that's double ended. It's half the price of YSL!
