General comments: Bra Necessities (http://bra-necessities.co.uk) is a great online lingerie site, specialising mainly in the Dreamgirl lingerie range.

The website is very easy to navigate around. Items have been categorised to allow you to view the items your interested in straight away. Categories include Bra Sets, Babydolls, Corsets and Bustiers, Teddies and Plus Size.

I was looking for lingerie for my girlfriend, and came across many websites, but Bra Necessities stood out because it appeared to be very competively priced, and the products were well laid out with great photographs, which reassured me of the item I was buying. Also, if your order was over £50 then you qualified for free delivery.

Although the Bra Necessities site didn't have a search facility, I don't think this really bothered myself as I could easily find what I was looking for.

When I placed my order I paid via Paypal's secure payment faclity. I was informed on the same day that one of the items was out of stock. I was given the option to carry on with the order or to cancel. I agreed to proceed and the item was still received with 5 days from the order date.

The lingerie came packaged in a non-marked courier bag, which was great because my girlfriend couldn't guess what it was. The items I ordered came in a clear plastic protective bag and hangers.

All in all I was very impressed with the service I got.
