i would stay well clear of this company. their customer service is absolutely shocking. i have probably spent a total of 3 hours on hold waiting for my call to be answered by their incompetent, uninterested staff. the connection drops in and out and the speeds are terrible. signed up to fibre and got mugged off with standard broadband and when they asked us if we wanted to go with fibre, sent us out a router that looks like it had come from the 90s. adsl filter broke and phoned for a new one… Read Full Review

As with others I had been with Supanet Email since I bought my first computer with Time. Been with them 13 years plus. Went to use my emails and they all disappeared telling me to phone a number. When I did phone the number tried twice with no success for an hour. Eventually spoke to somebody told me would have to pay £60 to continue to use email and could not even import my emails to another account. Did not care. After about 20 years using their rubbish free email service, they recently blocked my access to this account claiming I would now need to pay them £59 annually. The clown that responded to my call insisted that this was reasonable given how long I had used it for free. Sold to me as a 12 month contract which became 24 months. Coverage really poor as is there customer service. Been on hold for about 15 mins for technical support. Actual joke. “Arbitrary Closure of email Account by Supanet”

Today Supanet has suddenly blocked my access to all of my emails & addresses with no prior warning. I rang a telephone number they gave & was told I had to pay £59 for them to unlock my account. They allege that they contacted me by email to warn me of this charge. I have received no such warning & when I asked the representative from Supanet for a record of this email he said the company had no record! Have had a free email address (nothing more) with this company for 13 years and yesterday received 30 identical emails dated 2014 although it is 2017 saying that my email account had been suspended and to call a contact number. Do not sign up to this company. I have had nothing but hastle from them was suppost to be set up on the 6th june then said it would be the 20th. Said my phone line was live which it is not. Every time we call we are kept on hold for 1 to 2 hours. Was duped into believing i was on the phone to BT when actually it was supanet! broadband speeds are terrible and when you speak to a customer service advisor they are rude and dismissive. I have requested to terminate my contract under my 14 day cooling off period which is written in my contract and now been told i have to pay £245. The exact same thing happened to my elderly parents. I was present when they phoned thinking they where speaking to bt. They had phone on speaker so i myself heard the entire call. A lady named Cloe dealt with call. My parents said that they want to move from sky to you bt, asked for a price to move service over and get bt openreach tv installation. Cloe said yes we can do all that then gave a very low price. I was suspicious of price so i asked is this actually bt my parents are speaking with? Then Cloe said we are part of bt supanet. I then whilst on phone googled supanet. They are not part of bt at all. I told my parents not to agree to anything and asked them to end conversation. I then phoned bt and they relayed back to me that supanet are nothing to do with bt at all. Sneeky i think.

they did the same to us. they are fraud. they pretend to be working with sky. their broadband is really really bad; they set up 2 direct debit without our consent. they change our land line without our consent. pls stay off supanet. they still claim we owe them £245 after we cancelled within the 14days cool off period.

Do you work for them? When i was a customer (no longer thank god),my phone calls were always put on hold for at least 30 mins. Absolutely the worst company i have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I would NEVER recommend them in a million years!!!! Good luck.

Internet was always bad, only 1 person in the house hold could be on the internet at a time, I told them we had this issue and they said we had a old cable and they can sort it out free of charge but we needed to enter into new contract. Over the years the service was poor and as I said in the review had to wait along time on the phone to be answered. They certainly have taken note of past experiences and as they say the proof of the pudding is in the eating! Only time will tell and I wait to see if all that I asked for will be done?
