Good Points: Very Good at double talk.
Bad Points: Customer Service.
General comments: I needed help with my account and received the run around. I called for pay off amount. I paid the amount and then Dell charged interest on that and closed my account as delinquent. I paid off $2000 and the closed it as delinquent over $14 that shouldn't have been charged. I thought everything was settle because they waived the $14. Then a year later I try to make a purchase and I am informed that my account was closed due to it's delinquent status. I did not know this because the Dell Preferred account info on the Dell website and the Preferred account info on the Dell Financial website are not linked, because they are actually two separate companies. This makes no sense. I can pay my account from the Dell site but it doesn't accurately reflect my actual account? The Dell site says I still have an open and active account, but now I know (after 45 minutes on the phone with someone I could barely understand because they talked at the speed of light and had a thick accent) that my account was actually closed a year ago. My Computer is great but my recommendation is DO NOT USE DELL FINANCIAL to purchase your computer.
