fantastic! all you do is put in what you have eaten for the day, then if its not already there-you add it to to catalogue of foods! it adds up your calories and fat for that day. if you did enough excersise for that day, and coverd your calories then you get a big green tick. you also can do food swaps! put in something that you like (alot) that is quite fatty with lots of calories-like chocolate-then click 'swap' it will bring up hundreds of different chocolate items and tell you how much fat and calories are in each one-it makes it easier to decide which one to buy. add your excersise too. Nutracheck tells you how much excersise you need to do to loose weight. nutracheck is worth its money for me. no banned foods!! its about quantity!

Generally a good site although there are no miracles on there. The Food Diary feature is good but relies on you being honest enough to fill everything in. If you are the type that likes to eat 'anything' as long as you track the calorie content then you will find it helpful. The site logs the amount of fruit/veg that's eaten and also the amount of fat/calories... I can't help but feel it would be useful to track other things - perhaps protein and/or fibre?

The data base of foods is impressive ...

I have been using site for five weeks, after finding it by accident. I have lost 7ibs so far and it's not costing a fortune. I have tried other diets and never managed to loose weight, it's so easy I'm hoping my loss continues.

    Excellent discipline, easy to use.
Not only keeps track but effectively advises you what's left so that you can work out what to have towards the end of the day, or how much extra you need to exercise- so maybe need to take that last minute 20 minutes walk round the block lats thing at night with the dog! Brilliant idea, practical and very easy to use!

It feels very positive. You can keep control by regulary updating your food intake. It makes me go to the gym if I haven't burnt off enough calories during the day!

This is a really easy website to use and I've become addicted after just 5 days. It doesn't cost you anymore then your subscription to lose weight because you can eat any food you like and all you need for exercise is a pedometer. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to lose or maintain their weight.

It is an extremely effective way to monitor weight, calorie intake, exercise, fat intake and five a day (fruit and veg). All of the checks it provides are really useful to ones overall health. Very good.
    Well recommend nutrachck.co.uk

I discovered this site after seeing it advertsied in my local paper. Its been developed in conjunction with Nottingham University and it isn't gimmicky like lots of diets I've seen. You start out with the usual personal profile, but then you can eat whatever you like as long as you keep within your weekly targets. Once you get going its really quick and easy to use. I've become quite hooked as it really makes me cut back on the fattening foods I used to eat! 18g of fat in a starbucks latte for e ...
