Generally a poor excuse for a dealership. No knowledge or care for cars or their history. Car being sold with illegal tyres and large opaque sticker on rear window.

They have history of selling ex-rentals.

Their cars are WAY overpriced - my car has "depreciated" in value by about £2,500 in 7 months (used car, 4 years old) which I think is mainly because Wilsons cars are so keenly priced!

They made me wait for ages for my car, made promises they didn't keep and never phoned me back. I was constantly calling them and leaving messages and wouldn't hear back from them! Sales people really unhelpful.

They messed me around and told me there was only one key. Glad I didn't get another cut, becau ...

We were trying to buy a nissan pathfinder with Wilsons of epsom, with the intention if importing it to France. Therefore we made inquiries regarding the certificate of conformity which we will need, and as we have already imported a car to France we know the procedure. We were told that they are unable to do this for us as they would need to change the speedometer, which is a false. Anyhow, we explained this to them but they did'nt want to know. We have contacted Nissan Uk who have subsequently ...

Wilsons of epsom - What a total shower!!

I had 10k CASH to purchase a car, anyone would think i was asking for the world, i waited about 20 mins before anyone would see me, they were all too busy chatting in a group to notice any customers ! When i eventually spoke to someone i asked if there was any movement in the price, he said no, so i walked away, 2 days later, went back with the better half, and spoke to someone different, and we got 250 off just like that. Although i wish i hadn't, as ...

I went to Wilsons as they are our local Fiat dealership. I had done my homework on the car and all I wanted to do was confirm the car felt right and ran well. Setting up the test drive the first time was no trouble but subsequent calls were answered with a "yeah" (what happened to "hello x speaking, how may i help you?). Promises to call back were not met and my Girlfriend was on hold for 10 minutes plus before her call was terminated. On meeting the staff in the dealership they are nice people ...

I will never go to Wilson's Epsom to buy a car again!!!!
I went in as they had a nice peugeot 307 convertible for sale having checked they were open until 7pm, the 2 sales staff were more interested in closing the showroom rather than selllng the car to me. I asked for a test drive and was told to come back on Friday afternoon and they would see what they could do, no time was offered to book me in!! I thnk asked if they could value my car for part exchange and they as sales staff cannot do thi ...

I bought a Peugeot from Wilsons and have had problems ever since. When viewing the car, we were impressed with the Salesman and was even going to write a letter to the Sale Manager to acknowledge how good we thought the Salesman was....I'm now glad I didn't. A couple of miles down the road after picking the car up, an alert came up on the dash board saying the tyre pressures were low. We put air in the tyres and it still wouldn't clear - we took the car back the next day as they had shut that ...

I put a deposit down for a Mercedes Vito, an import. I was told if there was a problem with the insurance being high because it was an import Wilsons of Epsom would refund the deposit. There was insurance problems they refused to refund the deposit. I opted for a Primastar. I went to collect it today and was going through the paperwork and the salesman said the monthly payments will go out on the ist working day each month and are £195 , the first payment will be £497 ....... ...

I bought a Vauxhall primera from Wilsons last week. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. He was not at all pushy. I was very pleased with the efficient service. I traded in my old car and forgot to remove my work parking permit. The car had already gone to the 'bargain' sales place up the road by the time i realised. They were very helpful and managed to retrieve my permit. I think that generally people only write reviews when the have had problems. The previous negative comments on ...

I am stuck with a car that is illegal to drive!!

I would definitely recommend Wisons (Nissan) as I found them very pleasant and extremely helpful. When I collected my mobility car 3 weeks ago I was more then happy the car was adapted beautifully and the car was nice and clean ready to drive. Overall I was very happy also with the lovely bouquet of flowers too.

We collected our motorbility car from wilsons and as soon as they had our money we were treated less than nicely, I don't want to rant too much but this company has poor customer service. I will never buy from Wilsons again terrible dealership.

We bought a Vauxhall Astra from Wilsons of Epsom a few weeks ago. So far, so good. Obviously, you expect the sales staff to be helpful whilst the sale proceeds, but we've been pleased with the aftercare too. After getting the car home, we noticed a slight dent in one of the side window trims. The salesman ordered a replacement from Germany and had it fitted at no cost.

After my experience of Wilsons of Epsom in Surrye, my advise would be not to buy a used car from them. There are plenty of good dealerships around, Wilsons in my experience isn't one of them. The vehicle I bought from them, a Nissan Primera had been stolen, damaged to the point only two exterior panels had either not been repair or replaced. The vehicle was repaired by Wilsons, then put on their forecourt at full price. I only found out about the vehicles history much later, which made the cars ...

My story is far too long to go about telling however, I was lied to repeatedly, and it was made very clear to me that frankly they didn't give a damn about my purchase.

They lost the V5 document but didn't tell me right up until I went to pick up the keys. They then tried to shift the blame onto the local DVLA saying they lost it when they went to tax the car!!??

Salesman and Manager were very rude and tried to make me feel as though I was the one with the problem. - My only enjoyment comi ...

I have bought 3 cars in total from Wilsons of Epsom. The Almera and Astra I purchased were fine. I then bought an Nissan X-Trail T Spec from them last October. It cost £16,000 and had only done 6,000 miles. It all started when we noticed that the manual was missing. I phoned and was told one would be sent to me. Two months later, my husband went down there only to be told that the salesman had left two months previous. We were told at point of sale that X-Trails are very "reliable". ...

Wilsons of Epsom operates on too large a scale, so attention to detail is missed. Used cars are fairly cheap but are of bad quality and aren't even checked properly when part-exchanged. Trying to get a member of staff is like getting blood out of a stone and they are rude and disinterested if you want to enquire about new cars. After-sales service is non-existent. Nasty place.
