    I had signed up for thier Legal & General Mortgage Protection Insurance insurance and they sent me all the doucments with the start of the policy only to find out 9 months later that that I was not covered as they were not collecting my permiums. They said it was my onus to ensure that the premuims were going out but I believe they made an administrative error by mistyping my bank details and never bothered to inform me. So I took it to the ombudsman and complaint. But they refused to budge. Bad points are: they have no customer service after 5pm and their customer service reps are not very helpful or very well informed.
