Good Points: Fairly bomb-proof, not a lot to go wrong. Easy to clean with big access.
Bad Points: Very poor design: when you pour this out, the steam vents out of the lid onto your hands. I guess 20 or so years ago they could get away with something this dangerous.
Can't fill it by the spout, takes up more space than a jug design. Connector doesn't meet current standards.
General comments: We brought our Russell Hobbs 10952 back to life after our modern kettle failed but to be honest, it's going in the bin. These things are antique and too dangerous to use and seeing the first review prompted me to write this one.

Russell Hobbs 10952: Just to comment about this Electric Automatic Kettle. I am using it for 22 years and still in good condition.- Read sasivellat's review (119 words and 1 comment)
