    Good Points: Clarity of sound.


    Bad Points: Does not handle bass too well compared to some other cheaper headphones.


    General comments: I think Sennheiser MX 400 are only average value for money. Sony Headsets have performed better in the same price range.

    I purchased these Sennheiser MX 400 Headphones to replace my mx500s (see review) which were disappointing me. They are used with my iriver and it is a really good match.

    They are really well built and still feel as good as new which means I spend less on more headphones. They are also quite comfortable but nothing really special.

    A really good buy for those who like their bass

    Sennheiser MX 400 has replaced ipod buds, smoother, more controlled sound, more comfortable, less chance of being mugged and came with a wind up holder. Well worth £15!
