    Like most reviewers here I agree that Crown Parking are rude, money grabbers. We booked online but needed to cancel the day after. We tried phoning them as we wanted to cancel with a human being to make sure got our money back, but they are such a tinpot bunch that they didn't answer the phone in 7 days of trying. Eventually I left a message for them and they called me back. They said that they had phone problems which is why they weren't picking up. Even though they admitted they had phone problems they charged me 50% cancellation penalty instead of the 25% in their T&Cs which is for cancelling within 48 hrs. They were completely unwaivering when I pointed out that I had been trying for days to cancel. AVOID THESE PEOPLE. Oh and by the way Meteor parking are about £30 cheaper over a ten day period.

    I booked twelve day parking with Stansted Valet Parking via the internet - very efficient service. On arrival in the set down lane outside the terminal entrance and almost before I had taken my cases from my car, an attendant was there and booked my car in and I was away into the terminal building in just a few minutes.

    Very good. Never had a problem when using them. I have used Crown Parking 3 times now, and have never had any problems, everything went smoothly. There was nothing out of the ordinary in my booking - no late cancellations etc, so I have never had to test them in that way, but I will be booking with them again.

    I made a same day booking for a five day period on their website. In error I put a start time of 1600 on the form. I noticed the mistake on the confirmation email and pointed out that I should have put 1700. They said that they had no slot at that time. As I could not make that time I cancelled. They refused to refund any money saying the terms and conditions allow them to keep all the money as the cancellation was within 48 hours of the booking.     The website is easy to use. We were met on time and the instructions of what to do and where we needed to go where very good. I would recommend it and I will definitely use them again.

    My booking was cancelled and they informed me on e-mail which I did not see. I turned up at 4am and was told they could not help me. I had to park in short term or miss my flight and when I complained was told that they only need to give 12 hours notice.

    I use Purple Parking meet and greet at Heathrow all the time for business, so was looking for something similar at a good price for a holiday from Stansted.
    I have used Crown Parking in 2006 and 2007 for two trips and they have performed faultlessly. You have to be aware that with a smaller operation, there will be far fewer drivers operating at any one time, so it is crucial you turn up when you say you are when dropping the car off, you will not have the flexibility (or the cost!) of the larg ...

    Quick and easy to book online. Very clear instrcutions of what to do and where to go. Lovely pleasant lady met us and explained what to do on return. A nice change from the bus drivers of pink elephant who cant even manage a smile. Will definitely be using again.

    Crown is a fantastic service. We were met on time, by a very helpful lady and it was excellent value for money. Easy to follow instructions and waiting for us on our return. We would definitely recommend.

    I think that they won't stay in business if they can't park a car without leaving it unable to re-start, or communicate adequately with customers. Try NCP.

    Crown Parking offer a really great service, we were stuck on the motorway and arrived an hour late for our booking, then on the return landed 45 minutes late. Both times service was excellent, friendly and our car was waiting for us. They provided very clear instructions, which we followed. Perhaps the people who have not had such a good service should read the instructions!

    Crown Parking is a poor outfit, I will eat my hat if they are still in operation in a years time. No customer service, very rude, they put a real downer on the whole holiday. I don't expect to have to come back to this kind of treatment after a relaxing week away. The woman who spoke to me was very discourteous, all I wanted was my car so I could get home?

    I used Crown Parking at Stansted airport for first time, and I was very happy with service. I flew back when all the delays because of the extra baggage checks due to the terror alerts were on. I phoned to tell them we were being delayed, and that I didn't know exact times, and they were very helpful.

    I will be using them again in the future!

    There are plenty of better valet parkers than Stansted Crown Parking. BSFC and Easy Park and Go are two we have used with better service.

    We booked valet parking with Crown. When we returned at 12 midnight they did not answer the phone and it went to the answer phone. e continued trying for an hour, but there was no reply or response to messages.     Unfortunately, the Stansted Crown airport parking website does not allow you to check the price of the booking before they take the payment, which had increased by the time the payment was processed.

    Secondly, as our flight was diverted to Gatwick and we needed to change our collection times, I called to advise them, and was offered a slot to pick up the car the next day which I took.

    I was recommended Crown Parking by a friend and was delighted to find a web site that was easy to use, and a polite, helpful person speed me on my way on my holiday. The best bit is the price...... cheaper than the short stay , mid stay "official" car parks.
    What more could I ask for???
    I would definitely use them again.
